A pleasant and well appointed apartment with all the necessary elements!! Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom too, with a small indoor courtyard where you can have a coffee quietly(except when the neighbor turns on the TV!!!) Impeccable and enjoyable instructions and communication with Harry!! In the quiet residential area of Kolonaki!! It was perfect!!

Harry's place was the perfect spot for my parents, who needed to be close to the hospital after an accident. The location could not have been more ideal, everything including restaurants, shops, underground and hospital, all within walking distance. Harry was incredibly accommodating and understanding of their situation, for which we were very grateful. Thank you Harry.

The house has everything you need and it's all new. The hot water is great and you can press it before taking a shower and the water heats up directly. The air conditioner was working well. The balcony is very spacious. Everything is available in the kitchen. Towels and sheets were clean. There is lot of Wc paper, shampoo, soap and other cleaning supplies at home. internet is very fast!! You can work from home easily, I worked very comfortably. The house is located in a safe and quality area, also Forte restaurant, Barbounaki restaurant and Cinderella club nearby. In some comments, they mentioned the smell of the entrance of the apartmen. I think its normal because of old apartment. Also the house smells clean and we are satisfied. Harry and Romain who took care of us are very good at communicating. They helped. I recommend it to those who want to stay in Kolonaki.

It had been a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The apartment looked exactly like photos and very beautiful. The terrace was a great plus to have. The location was perfect, a beautiful and very safe neighborhood with easy access to everything The most outstanding was the team’s support. The warm welcoming and friendliness by the host represented by Hanni made it such an easy check-in with the offered assistance and support I immediately received upon arrival but also being accessible and responsive with any enquiries at all times. Also the check on emails by Harry and his team. All was of high value and much appreciated

On the (+) side: It’s a nice little place with its own back yard. We found it well equipped and clean. Generally the hosts responded quickly and resolved whatever came up during our stay. Conveniently, there’s a mini market/deli shop right opposite the house (quite expensive) and the metro stations are under 10 mins walk away. Otherwise it’s a beautiful neighbourhood with many classical buildings and offers great access to Kolonaki’s shopping area.. On the (-) side, there was some humidity and mosquitoes because the flat is in a semi-basement, but nothing too frustrating. Also it would have been great if there was a coffee capsules machine, but it’s not a deal breaker for me.

This place is an incredible value if you want to spend some time exploring the city and don't mind a place that's a little rough around the edges. It's centrally located and in an area I never felt unsafe walking in at night. While the apartment itself is small and has some odd quirks, if you only need a home base for sleeping it certainly does the trick. I will note that as someone with back problems, the bed frame was broken and uncomfortable—I ended up sleeping on the futon instead. I ended up communicating with someone named Romain, not Harry, while I was there. This was a bit confusing at first, but once I made contact with Romain he was extremely helpful and quick to respond.

Good value for money.! Quite spacious house quiet apartment building in general quite clean with reasonable wear and tear of time . Hanni was very polite and very communicative . The house is fully equipped all you will need for a multi-day stay is the supplies (food , shampoo, shower gel , cleaners , etc.)

Harry and his friend Hanni has been Perfect! Such a nice experience! Good tips about the city. Convenient place near metro and a big terrasse. Good communication which also a must for taxi or any other help required. Would highly recommend!

Was okay, the apartment itself was very clean and tidy, but reminded me a little of a prison. The apartment is practically in the basement, but you have your own outdoor area. You can't complain for the price.

I had a good stay in Athens. The apartment is located in a nice area. It has everything I needed: a small kitchen, a bathroom / WC, a large double bed, a private courtyard, a warm welcome. The apartment is not new but with good value for money. I recommend.

The house was full of moths and mosquitoes. It need a paint job because it is cracked in many places. Plus it doesn't have an air ventilation hood above the kitchen and it makes the kitchen unusable. If you need a cheap whole house to stay because of an emergency need, its ok. Otherwise if you want to come for vacation i wouldn't recommend.

The apartment is in the basement, not really recently renewed. But you have all you need and the apartment is managed professionally. So overall it is ok. The neighbour area is quiet and safe. Public transportation is reachable in less than 10 minutes. The apartment is facing a small private garden. Unfortunately air conditioners of upper floors lets water drops in it (constantly during summer). You see moss growing on the wall on the left side. Then mosquitos multiply and you cannot open the windows or enjoy the garden.

There is a street fruit and seafood market just 5-min walk every Friday. In 15 mins you can go to the hill, museums, juice shop, supermarkets, restaurants. I had a really relaxing week there.

Cheap apartment, good location, functional and clean. Harry is excellent in his communication, and it's all set like music paper. So of course, that's not the big luxury, but if that's not what you're looking for, this apartment will be perfect for you. Alone or two. 3 convenience stores within a 5-minute walk, a few bars and restaurants, pharmacies. The metro is within a 10-minute walk, the neighborhood is clean, quiet and secure. Safe travels!

Harris is a great host, the house was spotlessly clean and functional in a very good and safe area of Athens. Very close to Evangelismos hospital which in my case was ideal.

I stayed here for about four months, and I would stay here again in a heart beat. Harry and Stella were very helpful when anything went wrong with the apartment. (For example, they provided me with a phone to act as a hot spot during a local internet outage.) The kitchen is well stocked and the bed is comfortable. Make sure to take advantage of the lovely patio!

I did not expect (and did not deserve) very much for £19 a night, but both Harry and his apartment exceeded my expectations. It is not a luxury apartment by an stretch of the imagination, and neither does it pretend to be; but it is everything a traveller could want if he simply needs a roof over his head, privacy, air-conditioning and wi-fi. If you want glamour and elegant decor, the Grande Bretagne in Syntagma Square can provide you with that at many, many times the price, but if your needs are simpler and you only want to pay the incredibly low rates that Harry charges, then you will more than get your money’s worth at his apartment. The location is wonderful - in the middle of the city’s Diplomatic Quarter - and it’s only a 15-minute walk to Kolonaki Square and a few minutes more to Syntagma, the first being the equivalent of Chelsea in London with its smart boutiques, and the latter the Greek equivalent of Westminster, dominated by the Parliament building. If you like coffee shops, pavement cafes and laid-back restaurants to go with your boutiques, the Kolonaki area is perfect, and Harry’s apartment is ideally placed to help you enjoy it. The apartment itself is a real find, and somewhere I would happily stay again on my next trip to Athens, as it’s completely private and secure, in a decent area, and everything there works as it should. My trip to Athens was interrupted by an unexpected five-day stay in hospital, and it was a great relief when Harry readily and immediately greed to let me stay for a second week. Many people would have spotted a distress sale and offered the second week at a grossly inflated rate, but Harry sent me an instant invitation to book the second week at the same unbelievably low rate, for which I was and remain very grateful. Throughout my fortnight in Athens, I found everyone to be decent, kind and welcoming, and everyone, but everyone, spoke really good English and were proud to have learnt it at high school. If I’d been on a longer trip, I’d have made an effort to learn at least some Greek, but it would have proved unnecessary. Harry is a great ambassador for Athens, and I heartily recommend him as a host.

Great apartment, great hosts. The flat is very comfortable and clean, with fast wifi and a great little courtyard. It is located in Kolonaki, Athens' posh neighbourhood, and close to everything. It is about 15 minutes on foot into the centre and about 20 minutes to Exarchia. It is one minute from the entrance to Lykobettus, Athens' most beautiful park, which is great for running and hiking. Harry and Eleni are super kind and thoughtful.

This is a great, reasonably priced studio. I rented this apartment for a few months and was very comfortable here. The kitchen is fully furnished (including an American-style coffee maker which is somewhat rare in Greece!). And there's a small sunken back patio area that the apartment opens onto, which I very much enjoyed. Harry and Eleni are very quick to respond to messages and to resolve any problems. When I first moved in the internet wasn't working, but they made sure to fix it within 24 hours (and I had zero problems with the internet thereafter). Also, during my stay, the water heater broke, and again, a plumber was there asap to replace it. They are very attentive and friendly hosts! If you'll be working at the British School of Archaeology or the American School of Classical Studies, the location cannot be beat! And even if you're in Athens for other reasons, it's a short walk to the metro, so you'll have easy access to all of Athens. And Kolonaki itself is a pleasant neighborhood right on Mt. Lykavittos-- just a short walk uphill to the most stunning views of Athens!

Really nice apartment. Polite and nice owner. The metro is really close to the apartment(5 min). Easy to get to the airport and the historical center of Athens. There is a store and few cafes around too. Was really glad to stay there. Thanks Harry & Anna .
