The space
Stay in this gorgeous designer home in the very center of Athens, just a few steps from the metro and close to some of the city’s best restaurants, bars and shopping areas. The apartment is right opposite the Us embassy and Athens’ Concert Hall, very close to a number of Athenian hospitals, fertility and beauty clinics, and very conveniently located for the city’s university campus. This is a great base from which to explore the city in style and comfort. This spacious one bedroom apartment is set in one of Athens' most central spots, in a 1960s heritage building. It has just been completely renovated by a well-known team that turned it into an chic, minimal open plan space with designer features and a relaxed atmosphere. You will enjoy the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, furnished with top-of-the-range, designer pieces. It exudes an air of elegance, luxury and calm overlooking Athens' busy central avenue. The bathroom has also been fully renovated to exceptionally high standards. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment . We are not on the premises but we are just a phone call or a text away should you require help or advice. You will be staying right opposite one of the city's most popular squares, Mavilli Sq. with its well-known bars, restaurants and galleries. The Megaron Metro Station is just a few steps away as is the Athens Concert Hall, numerous hospitals ( Ippokrateion, Alexandra, Children's Hospital, Laiko, Euroclinic etc.), medical centres and Serum Clinic. Just a few minutes' walk away you will find some of Athens' best restaurants and a little bit further you will be shopping in Kolonaki, the city's most upmarket neighbourhood. Syntagma, the Acropolis, sights and major museums are all just a short metro or taxi ride away. Catch a taxi right outside the front door at any point of the day or walk a minute to reach the metro station. You will also be able to use the city's buses. Please be advised that parking is tightly contolled in the area throughout the day. However there are a number of garages you could use to park your car for a fee.Please note that if you arrive between 21:00 and 23:00, a €15 late check-in fee will apply, payable to our colleague who will welcome you.
For arrivals between 23:00 and 09:00, the only option is to use our taxi service.
Please note that we can provide a baby cot but there is a one off charge of €25.

Harry was so helpful, arranged taxis and met me at the apartment to show me around. He ensured that supplies were stocked up to make my stay so comfortable. The apartment is extremely spacious, safe and has every amenity. It is located on a busy road, but this makes access to the Conference centre and Music Hall so easy, a minutes’ walk. Access to the embassies and an easy walk to the Benaki museum. Across the road are shops, minimarket, fresh fruit shop with produce and several lively bars. It is a perfect location to get a taxi anywhere and especially to and from the airport!

We booked this place very last minute (within an hour of arrival) and Hanni met us straight away to let us in. The check-in was quick, professional, and honestly saved us from a bad experience elsewhere. The apartment itself was beautifully designed, super clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. Lots of natural light and the jacuzzi bath was a great bonus. The place was spotless! Would definitely recommend staying here. The company was also very professional - we even went on to stay at one of their other properties because of how good the service was.

Good location, spacious for two people, however be mindful it is on the 2nd floor above the busiest highway in Athens & the windows do not block the excessively loud traffic noise, if you are a light sleeper this place isn’t for you. There is also zero furniture on the balcony. There is a dentist operating in the apartment directly next door with a doorbell which is *painfully* loud.. it rings hourly from 9am til late, every time a patient arrives. On arrival the bathroom had hair everywhere & snot/mucus in the sink which we cleaned ourselves. There was cigarette ash & butts all over the balcony. The host sent us an automated message with a checklist the morning of checkout asking us to take out all trash, wash & dry all towels & sheets, clean the kitchen, bathroom & floors & place back all kitchen items .. which is quite an extensive request. We cleaned best we could (again) and took the trash as requested but the outdoor bin didn’t exist. A big company runs this AirBnb & it shows.
