Great apartment, we were 4 people and it was very comfortable. The location is great, a two-minute walk to the town center, cafes, restaurants, and shops. It's really fun to walk around. There's a parking lot, which is a real advantage with a car. Excellent hosts.

Comfortable apartment in a quiet area. Spacious bedrooms. Comfortable mattress. Comfortable parking. However, the bathroom needs urgent renovation. New tiles on the floor and wall. Also a new shower and a new toilet. The curtains urgently need to be renewed and they also had stains. The linens in the closet need to be washed because they had a strange smell. In the 2nd bedroom there was no shutter so you wake up from the light. Also, the blinds don't work. There is no extractor fan in the kitchen so you can't cook and there was no hot water to wash dishes since there is no dishwasher. Towels in the kitchen are also necessary for wiping the washed dishes or hands. There is no knife to cut bread and scissors will be useful. The apartment needs painting inside and out, because there are broken corners and stains on the walls. On the balcony there is a rusty trash can, it needs to be replaced.

We stayed 4 people at Harry's apartment, the 2 big separate rooms were really comfortable and the beds were amazing! Harry was proactive and communicated with us prior to our arrival, we much appreciate the fact that he let us check in a little bit earlier due to the fact that we have done a big trip to Athens and due to the fact that was no previous reservation before us. The location of the apartment is really awesome, dozens of restaurants in the perimeter of the house, coffee shops , walkable distance from the metro station (12') in case you want to head down town. The house was very clean and we really enjoyed the time every night at the balcony! HUGE advantage is the fact that the apartment has also a parking slot ! Believe me that in case you bring a car in Chalandri , you will need more than 1 hour to find a parking spot! I totally recommend Harry's listing for 2 couples or a big family! It is more than value for money!!!!

This apartment is big, very well located with an added advantage of private parking spot. But it's an apartment poorly maintained. The heating is inadequate,the kitchen equipment is old and in poor condition, the furniture is the same,the second room doesn't even have shutters,while the frames are old (generally not for a bedroom). It also needs intensive cleanliness. In our visit the house was dirty,bathroom and kitchen unacceptable. The host (Harry), however,was responding immediately and suggested solutions and is very kind. I would recommend the host, but the apartment is not,unless it's renovated. Overall, not value for money at all.

I stayed at this place recently, and the location was exactly what I needed. While it’s not very central, it’s situated in a peaceful residential area with some great restaurants just a short walk away. This made it perfect for a relaxed stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house itself was spacious and well-equipped overall, but there were a few areas for improvement. The second, smaller bedroom was a bit disappointing. The curtains were broken, allowing light to stream in during the morning, which was quite annoying. Additionally, while the heating radiator in the room worked, it was broken on one side, which could use fixing. The bed in this room could also be more comfortable, which would significantly enhance the experience. On a positive note, Harry was very responsive and quick to assist with any minor issues we faced during our stay, which was greatly appreciated. In summary, this is a nice place in a great location if you’re looking for peace and proximity.

Found the place to be barely adequate. Very convenient location for our purposes in the heart of very busy Chalandri and designated parking was a bonus. Kitchen adequately stocked, balcony was spacious, bed was comfortable, place was roomy. Bath tub shower curtain moldy and too long., No shower head wall attachment. Floor drain was emanating sewer vent odors even though there was a makeshift cover over it and a fan over it. Building had posted ahead of our stay a scheduled one day power outage that affected our ability to work and be connected over the internet. Host’s response was “sorry for the inconvenience , we didn’t know (found out before leaving that the notice had been in place for a number of days ahead of the outage), just find a coffee shop to work from”.

Beautiful, clean apartment in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Very close to the center of Halandri, all accessible on foot. Important that they handed us the keys and gave us information in person. Also important is the parking spot!!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this cozy retreat! The house in general was ok , but it needs renovation . The bathroom is extremely old, the sheets and towels are unacceptable. The equipment in the kitchen is very basic. It gives you the feeling of staying in someone's neglected apartment. However, its location is excellent and parking is something very rare in the center of Chalandri and it is very convenient. Not value for money in any case .

We stayed one week and enjoyed every minute of it. The apartment had everything we needed and we found it better than expected. It was in a perfect location. I think we had 30 restaurants to choose from within 5 minutes walk, but still very quiet at night. There was no noise around us. Supermarket right around the corner. We became very fond of the neighbourhood Chalandri, so we definately want to come back and hope Harry place is available for us! Harry answered all our questions very quickly! I recommend you book a taxi to and from the airport through Harry. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It is located at a very nice neighborhood, and even though it is close to bars and restaurants the apartment has very quite. It offers a parking lot which is a huge advantage for the area. The host was very nice and they were waiting for us to checking at our preferred time.

The apartment was extremely comfortable and peaceful. Safe and secure parking. Alla his assistant was in front of the apartment, making the location easier to find a park. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything for a simple stay. The one and only negative thing I have to say is the €50 cleaning fee was a bit over the top. Other than that I would say that again.

I booked this apartment for my parents (70yrs old) based on its location (conveniently close to my house). The neighborhood has all you need at 1-2’ walking distance ( super market, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy etc). Place was clean and warm (despite extreme cold weather conditions). The only negative point is that kitchen was not working properly and therefore they could not cook, but i am sure that this can be easily fixed

Clean and tidy house. It was just like the description and the photos. Alla who welcomed us was very friendly and informed us about all the amenities of the house. The existence of a parking space is necessary for the area, you leave the car and go everywhere on foot, the house is in the center of Chalandri. Haris was direct in his answers and served us in everything we asked for.

Harry's apartment is nice base to explore Chalandri, which is full of lovely shops, restaurants, and cafes. Even though it is central in Chalandri, the apartment is quiet. It is also close to a main road where it's easy to get a taxi to Athens city center (approx 20 minutes). Harry and his assistant Fay were easy and quick to communicate with, and were helpful in answering any questions we had.

Harry was very kind and communicative but we had no chance to meet him, as there was a person (Alla) who met us at the place and showed us apartment. She was very nice and helpful. The location is great and the neighborhood is very quiet. It does come with a parking spot so that makes it incredibly convenient since parking in downtown Chalandri is always a challenge. The only problem I have is that the price is very high for the place. The decor is outdated and there is no dining table or working desk, so for a digital nomad like me, it’s challenging to work because you can only work on the bed or on the couch. Other than that, Harry is an amazing host, very reachable, and he gave us a very nice Greek dessert as a welcome present. Thank you for your amazing efforts and I appreciate everything.

Our overall stay was ok. The location is great and the communication both with Harry and Alla was great. They are very helpful and responsive. However, there is much room for improvement. The apartment was not really clean. Things are broken and generally, the pictures are not really representative. Think the price is quite high for what's offered. The best thing is the location as it's in the heart of Chalandri but it's in a quiet street and has private parking too. However, it's not really value for money. Thanks. Sissi

Great location. There is free parking place in the building which is super convenient as the area is always busy and finding a parking slot is quite challenging! Bright and spacious apartment. The host, Mr Harry, was very kind to give fast solution in my requirement. The only disadvantage was that there is no dinning table or desk making the work from “home” not easy. Overall a value for money place!

The location of the apartment was great. Very central. The equipment was also ok, but here and there it should be renewed or renovated. The sofa in the living room is already very, very dirty, in the bedroom the 2 shelves were not on the wall but were on the floor and on the balcony there was bulky waste on the corner (old frame, bowls and the like) with a 16-month-old child not advantageous. Cleanliness was also only okay. On the whole, a great apartment in a great location with some flaws. I would have expected a bit more for the money. Communication and check-in went smoothly. Would still recommend the apartment and maybe even take it again myself, but with lower expectations.

We really enjoyed this spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Chilandri. The check in was easy, communication with Harry was good, there were plenty of clean sheets and towels, the location was very central to the suburb with excellent bars and cafes on the doorstep. The flat itself was mostly clean with basic amenities in a nice quiet building that has a lift. We had to provide our own toilet roll, tea towel, cleaning spray, bin bags etc which was a shame but did not detract from a comfortable visit. We would recommend this area of Athens as it has a lovely vibe in the evening and the apartment has all you need.

The apartment is excellent, and so is Harry as a host! We had excellent communication and he welcomed us with "something extra". The apartment is spotless, comfortable and has all the amenities one might need. The location is also very good in a quiet neighborhood and in the center of Chalandri, it has a supermarket, cafes and shops within 3 minutes. The building also has a parking lot if someone plans to go by car. As my mother and I visited Athens for medical reasons, I can say that the apartment and the location were very convenient for the medical center of Chalandri, it was 5 minutes by taxi with the minimum price. In general, I would recommend it to everyone and I would definitely choose it again if I need to stay in Chalandri! Thank you for everything, Harry!
