The space
This is a renovated, bright, spacious studio with white tones, wooden details and eclectic design. It is strategically located between the Center of Athens and the chic Northern Suburbs. It is fully equipped to make your stay as comfy as possible. A kitchen will make home made meals possible, a Smart Tv in front of the bed will offer you a break when needed and at the balcony you can enjoy your breakfast under the blue sky. Strategically located, this open plan studio offers you the possibility to easily move between the Center of Athens and the Northern Suburbs so you can discover and explore the city. Equipped with everything you might need to make you feel comfortable away from home. It’s spacious and filled with light. A cozy nest with a small balcony that makes a great addition when you feel like having your breakfast or a glass of wine outside. The apartment is located opposite to the Areios Pagos Court and close to the Laiko hospital, the Panathinaikos Stadium and the Euroclinic (Evrokliniki).If you arrive between 21:00 and 23:00, a €15 late check-in fee will apply, payable to our colleague who will welcome you.
For arrivals between 23:00 and 09:00, the only option is to use our taxi service.
We can provide a baby cot but there is a one off charge of €25.

To be fair it was clean. Don’t expect much though because it needs a serious uplift not to be basic and ‘old’ . The rim of the window is hard to close. At night I got chilly and I could only find a thick quilt with no quilt cover. It was a weekend in athens where everything else was booked but I paid less to stay in better areas and have a funky new room.

The apartment is sweet and clean, looks just like the pictures. The host greeted me patiently and kindly. and was available and the communication was excellent. I really enjoyed the location. There's a vegetable market every Tuesday under the house. Really charming.

Hello. The communication was very convenient and easy. We received what was described on the website. The bed sheets and towels were clean. The kitchen was sufficient for our needs. The bed is comfortable. The general cleanliness is good. We left behind a clean and tidy kitchen. We returned the apartment tidy. Thank you so much !!

Harry is a great host with a great team who made everything from check in to check out seamless and easy. The place is very clean and hygienic and has everything you could possibly need. Close proximity to local uni and to the city centre. Very cute space with a private terrace. 10/10 would recommend to other guests.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 24 hours before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
