A classical two floor Athenian building, with a backyard, where tenants can meet and socialise, like they used to do daily in the old days! This building consists of a studio, a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom apartment. Architectural details of another era are seen all around and this is what makes it special. The feeling. And the fact it is so affordable!!! And the fact that if you are looking to travel with a small group of people, this is ideal because you can organise together, save time, money, have the pleasure of spending quality time with them but also have your precious privacy. Everything else that you wish to do, is a few minutes away, no matter how you choose to do them. Are you up for a truly Athenian experience? You can basically do everything and anything easily from here. All major transportation, including the Metro are at walking distance. So is the new National Museum of Modern Art as well as the hip Koukaki neighbourhood where you can find wonderful coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Syntagma Square and the Historical Center of Athens begins only a few blocks from where you will be. Some beautiful beaches are also half an hour away! I really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment was spacious and perfectly located, and I especially loved relaxing in the courtyard. The sofa wasn’t the most comfortable, but that was a small thing compared to how great everything else was. I’d happily stay here again!
