Located in an area that makes everything easy to see and do. 5’ from the Metro, 1’ from the Tram, and with all the major monuments and sites at close proximity. An upcoming neighbourhood. Definitely worth a visit! The apartment in Athens has 2 bedrooms and has capacity for 5 people. The apartment is cozy, is a new build, and is 48 m². The house is situated in a residential neighborhood in the center of the city. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, air-conditioned, 1 Tv. In the electric open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle are provided.If you arrive between 21:00 and 23:00, a €15 late check-in fee will apply, payable to our colleague who will welcome you.
For arrivals between 23:00 and 09:00, the only option is to use our taxi service.
We can provide a baby cot but there is a one off charge of €25.

The apartment was clean and in a great location. 150 metres to the bus stop, from which everything is easily accessible. Nevertheless, it is quietly located in a side street. It is conveniently furnished and clean. If there was something to criticise, it was the somewhat uninspiring furnishings. The TV was under repair, there was no coffee table and in the kitchen no one had checked the equipment for a long time, there was a defective bottle opener and garlic press and I had to screw one of the pot lids together first :-) But these little things were no problem, we had a nice time. Would book again.

I just wanted to leave Hani this feedback to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for being such an outstanding host! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You truly went above and beyond, especially with the internet issue – you didn’t just fix it, you made sure everything was perfect and worked tirelessly until it was resolved. That level of care and effort is incredibly rare and made my stay so much smoother and more enjoyable. Beyond that, your warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality made me feel completely at home in Athens. You’re not just a great host you’re an amazing person, and I’m really happy to now call you my good friend here in the city. Staff were proactive and responded to messages almost immediately. The location was convenient, with supermarkets, convenience stores, and good restaurants right outside; a downtown area with a shopping district was a short walk away. The apartment was clean and stocked with plenty of towels. If I had to think of any downsides, I would say the only table was very small and only had two chairs, and that the couch had poor back support.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).

- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
