Kolonaki still holds its glory as one of the top aristocratic neighbourhoods of Athens. Everything in here is new, has a character and is waiting for you. This space This newly renovated studio definitely feels more spacious than it is! It is an open space yet has a wonderful bedroom, a small kitchen, a bathroom, excellent wifi, mounted tv, a small balcony and everything one needs for absolute relaxation or work from home. Everything else, is right outside your doorstep as its prime location places it in a small quiet street in the Kolonaki neighbourhood which means you can easily do anything you want by foot. Well-known restaurants, trendy new hot spots, bars, boutiques and shops with character, they are all a few meters away from you. A best case scenario for a super comfortable stay. Where you’ll be Kolonaki, Athens, Greece. Getting Around During your first walk around the chic Kolonaki area you will quickly find what you are looking for. It’s small and it has it all, exactly like this studio! It has different types of restaurants with different cuisines and different crowds, all day hip cafés, lots of shops where you can find what you already know as well as local designers, the most important museums and the Historical Center, all of the above, at walking distance. The metro as well as every other form of transportation too. You will absolutely love this neighbourhood!
If you arrive between 21:00 and 23:00, a €15 late check-in fee will apply, payable to our colleague who will welcome you.
For arrivals between 23:00 and 09:00, the only option is to use our taxi service.
We can provide a baby cot but there is a one off charge of €25.

Easy communication, super clean and great location, with nice cafes and restaurants very close. Only thing I'd say is that there was some noise from the hallway – the apartment is on the ground floor close to the front door – and the emergency exit light inside the apartment is obviously essential but quite bright. Bring an eye mask if you're a light sleeper. I'd happily stay here again though.

Very flexible with my arrival and departure times. Comfortable place, great location, apartment just like the photos, quiet for those looking for peace and practicality to visit tourist spots.

The apartment was in an okay overall (walking to the apartment was bit challenging due the uphill). overall we had a pleasant stay. The communication with the host was easy and smooth, and the place was clean and well-equipped.

Decent place in great location for enjoying restaurants and bars and approximate to sights. A bit noisy at times in the building, but it was a good choice and I would recommend it to people staying in Athens. Also nice that there is a person who greets you to let you in and gives a couple of recs

For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
