Location is awesome in the center of Kolonaki. Easy to find, enter, and generally quiet. Trash can and dish towels were missing from the apartment which the team was quick to remedy. Note that this is a ground floor apartment. In photos, it looks brighter than it is. There is one main window covered by a trellis so it feels quite cave like. I prefer natural light so would not book again because of this. If you are staying for a longer period, then the kitchen it also tight for cooking with limited storage and counter space It is right next to Madame Sou Sou which has legends gyro and souvlaki. I would recommend this for a few nights if you are on a budget!

The place was very clean and the location was great next to a lot of boutiques and nice restaurants. Harry was super responsive and helpful with all my questions as well. My only comment which is out of Harry’s hands I am sure is that everyday starting 8 am the building employees (from companies?) would communicate continuously right outside my door (located ground floor). I could not sleep as soon as they appeared and that was everyday having to have an early morning which was annoying on a holiday to be honest

This property is value for money. Its location is amazing and in the heart of Kolonaki. you can easily walk towards the centre of Athens and there are a lot of restaurants bars, brunch places and shops around. The apartment itself is a bit small, with a tiny shower and rather small bed, and not much storage space. Nevertheless, it was clean and cute. Harry was extremely responsive and proactive from the very first moment. He gave us clear instructions from the beginning and was accommodating when we requested for extra time to check out. Overall, would recommend it for a short stay.

Great location, spotless space. The house is right across from Evangelismos hospital but it is at the back of the apartment building and it is quite quiet.. the only problem is the parking, everything else is excellent

I highly recommend it. The host is very cooperative, the space is very clean and comfortable. I stayed 4 nights with great pleasure and could stay more. The neighborhood is too lively throughout the day, as it is right across from a well-known hospital. The metro is next door and the taxi rank right across from the apartment building where the apartment is located.

very clean and causey. kitchen ok , everyworking and some coffee and tea. shower small. it is near hospital and we had some noise but on the other hand a lot of coffee shops and nice taverna's . close to all public transportation. we enjoy the stay and recommend it.

The apartment was very close, 2 min walk, metro stop "Evangelismos" stop and Syntagma 1 stop comfortably proceeding. Very close to Kolonaki with nice cafes restaurants and shops. Perfect for those who visit Athens for work. Harry responded promptly to the messages and was greeted by Hani who was excellent at welcoming.

The accommodation was in a nice location but it was quite noisy because it is on the ground floor and the sound insulation of the door is almost non-existent. Also in the mornings there was enough light without being able to limit it. I would recommend it to people who wake up early enough in the morning to avoid the noise of the building and the light that enters the accommodation in the morning.

This place is in the Kolonaki neighborhood, which is the more upscale area. Good shops and restaurants nearby. Location was great and walking distance to everything. The apt is on the ground floor so there’s some street noise and people going in/out the bldg. There’s a curtain covering the window but wished there was another curtain to cover the other because the light from outside made it hard to sleep. Compact studio that has everything you need for a short last minute stay as a solo traveler. Knocking off one star because I never had to turn a switch on for hot water before. Water never came out of the left (hot) faucet, only cold in the bathroom. Also hot water would last about 5 min in the shower no matter how long I left the hot water switch on. Additionally the shower curtain would only cover half the shower. There was hot water in the kitchen sink though. Overall it was good stay, besides the hot water issue. I liked the area so would stay here again, if needed.

It’s a student apartment in a very good location - so if you’re in your twenties it’s ok for you, otherwise - small bed, small tiny shower and no curtain, no hot water tap in the bathroom and the key got stuck in the door. Harry (he’s not the owner - but the owner of a company that rents out air bnb) was very communicative before check in, upon check in we had his amazing flat manager Valentina that was super welcoming and super helpful. The next day when the problem started, Harry wasn’t very communicative, Valentina was, she showed us a different apartment as well. She really helped us.

Great location and price. Hosts were responsive however having to wait an hour to get into an Airbnb is a bit backwards these days when it's pretty normal to have a lock box for keys. They were nice hosts though. It's more so the logistics of getting into the property that I found to be a poor experience. Also the bathroom is a funny one. The curtain doesn't cover the shower properly so we end up wetting the toilet and slightly flooded the apartment Besides that, it's in mostly great condition, in a great location and was well priced

Excellent stay! Very pretty and welcoming apartment, with everything you need. Good layout of the rooms, practical and cozy. It is very well located, close to the center of Kolonaki and next to the metro station. Very quiet and noiseless, there is even a view of a typical Kolonaki courtyard with wild vegetation.
