This comfortable, 1 Br apartment in a busy area with a big advantage: one of the largest public parks is a step away and so is the National Archaeological Museum the Metro and basically the whole city. It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. One of the largest public parks of the city is literally at your doorstep and the National Archaeological Museum filled with wonders of the ancient World is a short walking distance away. If you don’t feel like walking to the Centre of Athens, grab the metro which is a minute away. A place you will definitely enjoy living in with your family or friends at a truly strategic location! You will be next to Patision Avenue and the fantastic public park “Pedion you Areos”. The National Archaeological Museum is around the corner, where you will not only see amazing historical wonders but also a beautiful botanical garden in its inner courtyard. Enjoy your coffee at the surrounding areas or grab the metro which is a minute away from your door and get downtown to the Historical Centre of Athens.Please note that if you arrive between 21:00 and 23:00, a €15 late check-in fee will apply, payable to our colleague who will welcome you.For arrivals between 23:00 and 09:00, the only option is to use our taxi service.

Comfortable, very spacious apartment. Quite clean. Modern shower, water fully contained by the glass. Elevator building. Strong aircon for the hot summer. Balcony overlooking the courtyard. In-unit laundry and good sized drying rack. 1¼ blocks to Victoria metro station, easy access to the center. Not self check-in. Be aware of the available hours for check-in. Was not a problem at all for me. Victoria Square has some nice cafes. In particular, Cafe L'Amour has good breakfast. Note however, there are always vaguely menacing "migrants" milling about in the square. Apartment is 1st floor, and does not get direct sunlight. Not a problem if you're out sightseeing. But not ideal if you're a digital nomad and plan to be working at home during the day. It was a very pleasant stay, and I would stay here again.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
