The apartment is very comfortable for one or two persons. As described it is fully equipped also for a long period of stay. There are plenty of electric plugs and the wifi is very strong. It is clear that the apartment has being recently fully renovated. Even though the location is ground floor it's a very safe apartment with strong window and door. Very quite and silent place day and night. The staff managing the apartment is very efficient, polite and proactive. The position where the apartment is located is very close to the metro station, bus station and all the relevant touristic areas in Athens. Kolonaki is a very safe and green neighbourhood. Very pleasant to walk around for sightseeing or shopping. Highly recommended stay. A special thank to Harry and Romain for helping me during my long stay in Athens.

This is a very good place to stay if you are looking for a simple place to sleep and leave your belongings. It's not luxurious or lovely. The furnishings are very simple, and there is absolutely no clutter. There is nothing in the apartment except furnishings and necessary items in the bathroom and kitchen. To get to the apartment requires going down a narrow set of stairs with no railing on one side, and then two more stairs inside. So if you have large luggage or a baby stroller or any difficulty with walking and stairs, this is not the apartment for you. But for basic simple accommodations, and a convenient location it was great.

This BASEMENT apt is really crappy and disgusting. U go down a steep staircase and go thru a hallway that is filthy, smelly, and dark to get to it. Obviously, NONE of this is mentioned in the ad. Also, it is very humid. Has a patio that's one floor below ground level but it's unusable bc it's full of bugs. When I complained and said it was a maid's room in the past, Harry (the mgr) accused me of being a "racist and having bad karma". There wasn't even a bottle of water in the fridge or soap in the shower. Only a nearly empty bottle of shampoo. No coffee maker either. The nice girl who greeted me had to go buy one. Harry did not want to buy one but I insisted. Of course, I moved out asap, and I got a refund for the days that I didn't use the apt. But that's bc Airbnb intervened. Amazingly, Harry still insists it's not a basement apt and refuses to apologize and admit he was dishonest in his description. DO NOT GO! Very bad experience.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
