I loved that the apartment was in a residential area, but not far from the core of Kolonaki's bars and restaurants. The place is on the ground floor, so it does not get too much direct light therefore it's pretty fresh (Athens can be so hot). I slept like a baby, no big sound from the streets. Thanks Harry, I enjoyed and will surely come back!

Great spot for going to conference at Megaron. Able to get a lot of work done there, really helpful.

At first we were in an area that we didn't like. we wanted to return home late at night and not think about safety, as we had a child with us. But Harry gave us another place to stay that was a bit more expensive but worth it. nice area and nice apartment. he was very helpful. as a family if you travel to Athens you must remember to rent a place that is safe because some area may not be safe at night for tourists. We have not experienced anything special, only heard from locals.

For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
