The house was spacious, comfortable, and stylish. It had two bathrooms and an additional small toilet. Everything was clean and well-organized, and it was located in an upscale neighborhood. It was really lovely.

Good and beautiful apartment. Interior is very nice. Everything was clean. Good air thanks to air conditioning. The materials used were not of a particularly high standard (as you might think from the pictures), but they were sufficient and beautiful. Unfortunately, only the water was too cold in our opinion, despite turning on the hot water.

Easy communication. I arrived at 1AM and Harry had a driver waiting for me at the airport. I would suggest an oscillating fans so as not to need to run the AC as much and luggage stands would be useful. All in would stay again. Bedt to you Harry.

We had a fantastic time at the apartment. It’s a kid-friendly place with everything we needed during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, so we didn’t need to use public transportation. There are coffee shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, and shops nearby. Thanks Harry again !! My family loved your place .

Good location, much noise from rennovations in same building. Regretfully although we paid more than Euro 1200 for 5 days he wouldn't led us keep the appartment even for one hour more - although it was not rented for the next day! At first he said he would help but the last moment he was sharp. Not a productive approach at all. Nothing to do with Greek hospitality. - Very disappointing.

This was our second stay at Harry's apartment prior to leaving Greece; and this experience was just as wonderful as the first. In addition to Harry's responsiveness, I was also impressed by his colleagues. This time we met Hanni upon check-in, and he was a lovely man and very helpful. Panos continued to be our driver for transfers to/from the airport as well as to/from the port for a day trip to Hydra. Not only was Panos incredibly reliable, but he took the time to make sure we new how to navigate our destination whether it was the airport or the ferry docks. Harry and his team have been outstanding. Again, the apartment is spotless, spacious, comfortable and very quiet. The location was safe and close to designer shopping and wonderful restaurants. We really enjoyed the Kolonaki area.

I was incredibly impressed by how quickly Harry responded to each of my questions, and how accommodating he was. Harry arranged multiple transfers with Panos, his trusted driver, he made sure his colleague, Romain, was waiting to welcome us upon arrival, and he even arranged transportation for my son from the airport to another location since he was arriving in Athens two days before moving into the apartment with me. Even though I never met Harry in person, I felt I had a local friend I could depend upon if needed. The apartment itself is in a safe, affluent area with high-end boutiques and wonderful restaurants nearby. While it is located on a busy street, it was very quiet due to being in the back of the building in what seemed to be the only residential unit in a building of commercial apartments/professional office suites. Having two and a half baths was a wonderful addition to this two bedroom apartment. In general, the apartment was very spacious and comfortable.

This was a very large apartment, close to Syntagma Square and very clean. The beds were really extraordinarily comfortable. It is very quiet though its on a very busy street - this is due to its location at the back of the building. As others have said there is no view but for us at least this was not an issue at all as we were out everyday. The kitchen had all that was needed for cooking (but with the hundreds of restaurants nearby) we didn’t. Crockery was very clean and in good condition. Very useful to have a washing machine and dishwasher. I would strongly advise to read the digital house and area handbook which is very clear and explains everything. I also recommend that you use Panos (the driver) who picked us up and dropped us back to the airport. A lovely man with a spotless car and good English. There were a couple of small maintenance issues which we mentioned to Harry and he immediately responded. The house has TV with various platforms available.

Harry is super responsive and has provided lots of restaurant recommendations and arranged a taxi for us to airport. He has also aconsated our request for extra small appliances. Driver Alexandrou is super courteous. The place comes with 2.5 bathrooms which is very convenient for our family of four. One shower bathroom is newly renovated which we use the most and it is more spacious. The washer also comes with a fryer which can completely dry 100 percent of our washed clothes which is very helpful during our winter visit as hang dry takes longer time. Although there is no view from any of the windows, but we it is located in a quiet yet luxury and safe neighborhood, only 3-5 minutes walk to luxury brand stores and the Syntagma Square where you can do lots of activities by walking safe. We also walked 8 minutes to Syntagma Square to watch the fire work on New Year’s Eve. Taking a taxi is also convenient and cheap in Athens. Highly recommend this place.

Everything went very Smith with this apartment. Harry responded quickly to our questions and Valentina was very helpful at the check in. She sent us lots of links to good restaurants and showed us the closest grocery store. The apartment was clean and the beds really comfortable! All in all a very good experience!

This is a great apartment. It is centrally located and very comfortable. It was nicely furnished with all the basics you could want, and the beds were very comfortable. Athens was very hot when we went and the air conditioning was a blessing. It worked well. We also used the washing machine, which was very convenient. Our hosts were amazing! When we needed something they were right there! We had a fantastic trip!

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. It's recently renovated, so everything is new. The apartment is tastefully decorated, with great quality furniture and super comfortable beds. The kitchen was also very well equipped. While the building is on the main street, conveniently located close to metro station and buses, the apartment is at the rear so it's very quiet. At the same time it's on the 4th floor, so there is plenty of light. We had excellent communication with Hanni, one of the hosts. He was always there for any question we had. We rented another property from this agency in the past and would definitely recommend them.

The place is nicely decorated and is located in the best area. The communication with the lovely woman who is taking care of the place was perfect. She even waited for us downstairs when we checked in and helped us with our girls and luggage. The only disadvantage of this great place is the fact that the windows are facing an inner patio with no sun at all, so that even if it is a sunny day outside - the place seems dark as if it is a cloudy day.
