The team is welcoming and always answers questions. Although the location is a bit far, you can walk everywhere. The accommodation was great.

The flat was clean and there was nothing to complain about with it. What brings the rating down is the location and the fact that you are asked to empty the bins and do the washing-up yourself before leaving the apartment. The flat is within walking distance of "everything", but it is located in a bad area with a lot of drug use that was visible on the streets. For me, this was not a problem, but I would not recommend this place to women travelling alone. Definitely worth the price I paid.

The apartment itself is very nice and clean. The area surrounding it is on the rougher side however. The hosts are responsive and friendly, the apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures.

Very attentive, he sorted things out for us quickly and gave us flexibility for checking in. Silvana was also very nice and recommended a couple of restaurants to us.

For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
