Great location - close to all main attractions in Athens. The place is compact, but very clean and comfortable. Harry has been a great host - very helpful, proactive and responsive.

Everything is perfect, the accommodation, the location, all the neighbourhoods can be visited on foot from the apartment. The small family restaurant opposite offers excellent food but the decor is basic. The only drawback is the noise. You really have to close all the windows to sleep.

This place is an an excellent location! Easy to walk Everywhere as a solo woman. Comfortable, new, clean and charming! Definitely eat at the local owned restaurant across the street and the bakery/restaurant on the same street! The only downside, the bathroom is small with a very small & tight opening into the shower 😩

For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
