Great spot in Exarcheia! Everything I needed for a few days stay in Athens, walkable to lots of great bars and restaurants as well as some of the more touristic landmarks. The hosts were very responsive and helpful

Lively and authentic neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance. Safe. The apartment has a small balcony. The air conditioning is very helpful in the summer. The bedroom is quiet. The kitchen is solidly equipped. Communication with the host was straightforward. Flexible check-in. Great value for money. Highly recommend!

For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
