If you arrive between 21:00 and 23:00, a €15 late check-in fee will apply, payable to our colleague who will welcome you.
For arrivals between 23:00 and 09:00, the only option is to use our taxi service.

Comfortable, super clean, recently refurbished 5th (top) floor apartment in a brilliant location. We loved having everything close-by with very good transport links to the city, port, airport and the Athenian Riviera coast. The balcony is a good size but it faces north so doesn’t get much sun - not a bad thing in the heat of the summer. The bathroom needs some hooks for the towels and, at the time we stayed, the dishwasher had been removed for repair. There’s lots of wardrobe/cupboard space in the bedroom. Communication with the hosts was friendly and super efficient and we appreciated the flexibility when our ferry to the island was cancelled due to the weather. Overall a great stay. The accommodation is excellent and the owner is very kind, easily accessible for communication and willing to solve any problem that may arise. Just across the house there is the very good restaurant Evans while two blocks further down (to the left coming out of the apartment building) there is the shop called "Koulourades" with amazing Thessaloniki cookies (for those who like them) but also cheese pies etc for the morning (and not only)... there are several cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area that seem to be of good quality. Leaving the apartment building to the right, in 10 minutes on foot is the tram stop that goes to Syntagma, while to the left is the sea (around 10 minutes with a relaxed walk)… there is another tram line that covers the area of the coastal road.

Great location and helpful hosts. I've stayed in Paleo Faliro multiple times and that's the nicest apartment I've seen there so far.
