My stay at the unit was disappointing despite the initial good impression. Thank you for your favorable check-in time and service. Although the home was well cared for and the amenities were as advertised, there were several issues. The home was located a block away from the listed location on the map. As it does not provide entrance security and lift access as mentioned in the description. There was a water leak from the hot water heater, within the false ceiling which intensified when the water was heated, so I placed a towel on the floor. Despite immediately informing the manager, the technician did not call me and never came. The shower drain was clogged, so the water overflows in the bathroom after 1-2 minutes of use. The Wi-Fi was unstable and required constant restarting of the router. Despite the above issues, the accommodation may be an acceptable option for someone who will mainly use it for sleeping.
