My stay at Harry’s place was perfect. The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything was spotless, very clean, and in excellent condition. The balcony overlooking the street is a wonderful bonus. The location is fantastic. The neighborhood is charming, with plenty of restaurants and cafés to discover, and all the main attractions are within easy walking distance. Valia welcomed me warmly and was always helpful and attentive. She took the time to explain everything about the apartment, which I really appreciated. It makes such a difference compared to places where you’re simply handed the keys and left on your own. I truly felt at home during my stay. Thank you, Valia and Harry, for such a wonderful stay

Communication from the moment of booking until the end of the stay was very professional and personable. The accommodation was very clean and tastefully designed. The neighborhood was authentic and offered many high-quality services (restaurants, bars). Highly recommended.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
