Great location. 5 min from Oxford street and subway. Accessible with elevator. As described. 2 small but pleasant and unobstructed balconies. Quiet bars and restaurants at the bottom of the apartment (closes at 11pm more noise). Comfortable bed. Very bright. A few small logistical issues quickly resolved by Frankie (available).
