This airbnb is located in the basement level with a narrow flight of stairs down to the entrance. Everything in the listing was provided as expected, and the host is very responsive throughout the process. There is no sound proofing for the unit so it can get noisy from the neighbours. The place was very clean and well-maintained, and when we arrived with an issue of the power being out and the shower temperature knob being stuck, they sent someone to fix it right away the next morning. The location is very safe and accessible to transit and there is food all around. Thank you!

Pros: •Great location, close to nearby attractions and amenities •Space was okay and suitable for 2 people Cons: •Host did not follow up to our request for items that were listed as available which was upsetting—we would have understood if something wasn’t possible, but the lack of response was not helpful •Very loud upstairs neighbors—could hear every step; not ideal for light sleepers •Narrow stairs made it difficult to carry luggage safely

Had some issues with the shower and the heating, but the host was able to solve it the next day. The flat is clean and comfortable, and the area is perfectly in between soho and camden town.

The apartment has a good location, only 3-4 minutes walk from warren street station, the bedroom and the bathroom are seperate, n the bathroom is particular clean, the landlord is friendly n replies quickly, highly recommend!

Very accessible to several of the tube lines, lots of local places to eat/get coffee. Apartment was clean and had all of the amenities that were described in the listing. I would definitely book this flat again.

I had an amazingg stay! I needed a temporary location near my campus before moving into my long term housing, and this was perfect. For staying over a week they sent a complimentary cleaning service weekly, and worked with me when i needed to make a last minute extension. Everyone was very friendly as well!

Perfect location for me, close to work and my London gym. Great find, I have stayed in another of their properties before and have found both places spotless and having everything you need. Would highly recommend.

Stayed at Frankie’s home for 4 nights during my stay. It was in a perfect area close to the tube and lots of places and good eats! If I ever go back I would 100% re book this place. It’s not the biggest. The upstairs neighbors were loud in the morning but can’t do much about it. I’m a simple guy and just needed a place to call home while I explored London. Thank you Frankie!

This place is amazing. Very clean and close to tube station. Very easy if you want to do London sightseeing. I enjoyed staying here a lot. Definitely check when I come back next time.
