This is a cozy flat on a beautiful street. It was walkable to many places including Oxford Street, Hyde Park and Soho, and a quick drive to get there a bit quicker. I was only here for two nights but it was perfect for my needs. Quiet as well.

AVOID! RUN! HORRIBLE STAFF! Booked this place on a Saturday AM for a Sunday check in, but due to medical reasons needed to amend the booking. My changes meant that I would be checking out early, but still with over a *week’s* notice. I let them know this roughly 12 hours after booking (and about 24 hours before check in) on Sat afternoon. They refused, saying I wasn’t giving them enough notice (laughable). They either wanted me to pay for weeks I wouldn’t be there or cancel and give them the opportunity to double book and make money off my tragedy. People working here are greedy and only care about their public image. They started begging me to not post bad reviews (even wanting me to sign a legal agreement) but refused to resolve this matter until after I checked in. I refused, knowing they’d have me over a barrel once I was there. Trust me, DO NOT BOOK! There’s a reason their reviews aren’t as high as they could be. BOOK ELSEWHERE! There’s many options in London, DONT GO WITH FRANKIE
