It’s a pleasure to have you stay, and while we’re live, laugh, love about most things, all guests are asked to follow Frankie’s no-nos:
• No Smoking - smoking indoors is not allowed anywhere in the apartment for Health and Safety. Please smoke outside of the apartment and dispose of any cigarettes carefully.
• No Parties – we know you’re here to have a good time but let’s be clear, strictly no parties allowed.
• No Pets – we love fur babies but sorry, no pets allowed, not even small ones.

Frankie’s place was full of character (which can be hard to find in airbnbs) and in a great location. A couple of qualms that I think could be fixed in the future: Showering was difficult as the shower curtain did not do much to contain the water. One of the beds (in the red room) was quite squeaky and uncomfortable. There was also a broken piece of furniture in that room which should have been removed or at least stored out of site. Otherwise, the place was quite spacious and very good value for the price. Frankie was also very communicative and proactive, which we appreciated.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I have to in this case. This apartment is terribly maintained and the photos are NOT recent. I don’t have enough space to write everything here but in short - I contacted the host on the first day of being there about the wifi not working besides in the living room in which only 1 light worked, and barely at that. We communicated about someone coming to fix it and I said please let me know days and times that they can come and they never let me know even after following up. On top of that, the photos are old - the nice chair in the main picture was torn up and lazily covered with a sheet as if that would hide it. Dirty dishes in the cabinets, dusty areas, the shower curtain is short (not the one in their photos) so water gets all over the floor when you shower, old food residue on carpet and chair, flickering lights in bedroom, the list goes on. But the worst is - the host just ignored my comments on this all. A bad company.
