Good apartment overall and great location, but would recommend it for 2 and not 4 as the light comes in very early in the morning and it is noisy from the street on the living room. We also had very noisy neighbors upstairs Area is great, they are very responsive but out of hours it is a call center and only acknowledgeds your message, bsn hours you get someone local who actually actions things.

The place and location was great but check in was 1.5hrs late with no explanation and no responses to my text, Airbnb messenger, or email. When I asked if I could check out 1.5hrs later (check out 10am and check in 3pm so more than reasonable time to clean for next guest etc) I was refused which I felt was inconsiderate given the previous inconvenience.

Nice flat, well located but the instructions at the arrival were not clear at all, we had to wait in front of the door for 10 minutes before getting clear advised enabling to open the door through digit.

Very good flat in central Fitzrovia. Comfortable for a two night stay for two people. Quiet bedroom at the back of the property away from the street. Heating settings can be easily controlled. Property had everything we needed including a hair dryer, iron and a coffee machine.

Really good location, easy to check in. I felt cozy and comfortable during my holidays. Easy to access bus stops and tube stations. I got a swiift response when I asked. I would recommend people who want to travel to London.

Cozy apartment, small for 4 people in fact, but well equipped. No wifi at the beginning but we had to restart the router. There is a bathtub and small sink in the bathroom. Be careful, There is only simple glazing to the windows overlooking the street, not very busy but with restaurants and cafes...The sofa is not comfortable to sleep and deserves a mattress topper and feet to adjust the height when you want to sleep on it. We had noisy neighbors above, definitely an Airbnb rental😉. Otherwise it is well placed and the room behind is quiet!! If there are 2 of you, it's great for a stay in London.

Great place to stay and frankie always so responsive on msg and call to guide and for everything. Also this place is a walkable from oxfords street even u can walk to Buckingham palace , big ben , china town, piccadailly circus …recommend place to enjoy your stay in london . Thank you

Enjoyed our time at the apartment. It was clean and in a great location. Close to cafes, restaurants, stores, and public transportation. Frankie was a helpful and responsive host.

The apartment is in a great location for getting around London. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. It is just a quick walk to many of the popular neighborhoods. The apartment is small but manageable for a group of 3, although there is some noise from the street. The space is equipped with all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately, we were without WiFi our last day, which was challenging. If you have an issue outside of normal business hours, other than an emergency, it seems you’re on your own.

The pictures match the physical space to a T and the accents of character around the apartment are great. Just be prepared for the walk up of the stairs with any luggage. It was the perfect accommodation for my traveling companion and I, but if you are tall you just need to watch your head in the shower.

Perfect! The apartement is very well-situated and well equiped. The street is very nice with lots of shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Frankie was always available to answer our questions. A perfect adress to visit London since we could literally walk everywhere.

It was a decent sized appointment and given the very good central London location it was fairly quiet. There was a bit of noise from upstairs flat but it settled once asked. Great to be close to shopping and Regent’s Park for some peace I would book again for a London trip

This is an adorable little apartment. On a very cute street. It’s little, like New York little, but really all you need for one or two maybe. There isn’t any AC so a little warm if you’re used to having AC and it’s hot, but otherwise good spot for a quick trip. And, I felt safe!
