We loved this flat & working with Frankie. Communication is spot on. If you want to be in the heart of London, this is it. 3 minute walk to Trafalgar, 5 minutes to theatres and Chinatown. Same for Metro station. Well appointed and comfortable flat. Open and airy, lots of windows and a balcony. The only reason this wasn't a 5 star, is the stairs. Frankie was clear there was no lift, and described it is on the third floor. That is true, but it is 5 flights straight up. For us, it was fine, as we had little luggage. For the convenience, location and the great flat, we would consider it again! Frankie manages multiple flats around town, and is worth trusting with your visits!

The location is excellent! Close to tourist spots, bars, restaurants and metro stations. You are in the heart of Covent Garden! We stayed three nights. I highlight the living space, which is spacious and comfortable. Not so the equipment and kitchen utensils. Slightly equipped and with little love. In the bathroom the shower is very small and we were only left a hotel soap for three people on the three days. Same with the shampoo. The room was spacious but uncomfortable in its layout. The heating and hot water worked great! A point to contemplate, for whom I travel with heavy suitcases, it's 60 steps up to the apartment door.

Place is on amazing location , few steps form great restaurant , shopping places .. i specially chosen that flat to visit Covent Garden and 5 mins walk from shops if u dont wanna carry bags all shopping .. Have a lovely terrace space ..

Perfect Covent Garden Stay! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our time in London! The apartment is in the heart of Covent Garden, so everything was just a short walk away—amazing restaurants, charming shops, and of course, the iconic Covent Garden Christmas tree. The apartment itself was stylish, and surprisingly spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed, though we barely used it because the local food scene was just too tempting. Frankie, our host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. If you’re looking for a cozy, convenient spot that puts you right in the middle of the action, this is it. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Its location right in the heart of Covent Garden is its main advantage. The apartment requires a refresh. Arriving the high chair was away but Frankie was very responsive and provided us with one in the hours that followed.

Location , location , location 🇬🇧 We booked this apartment at late notice as our host elsewhere cancelled on us at short notice. We chose this apartment due its location and price and it ticked all those boxes. Covent garden is a great place to stay to explore London. Cute pubs on every corner, heaps of restaurants ( try Fatt Punditt - you won’t be disappointed ) 2 tube stations within walking distance or can just walk to most of the big ticket attractions ( Trafalgar Square, Buckingham palace, Big Ben ) Pros - location, washing machine , location, spacious, did I mention location …. Cons - the apartment could do with a makeover . Furnishings a bit tired , shower leaked, kitchen appliances not exactly squeaky clean, 62 stairs ( not a problem for us but maybe for others ) , street noise can be heard as the apartment is directly above a pub. All in all it was good value for money but with a bit of an upgrade this place could be amazing 👍

Great location. Central to everything. Exactly as advertised. Host was very easy to communicate with. Spent a week there and loved it. Stairs were easy for me, but as advertised, there is no lift. Would stay there again when next in London.

Couldn’t think of a better location in the heart of London, great for a night out or visiting for a longer stay. Apartment had all of the facilities I could think of needing. Great apartment, great location.

The place was perfect from comfort to location and everything in between. We wanted to find a spot that was in the heart and walkable to attractions, restaurants, pubs, and more - This was exactly that. Frankie was responsive from booking through ending our stay with any questions. Check in and out were very simple. We used luggage hero right down the road before and after our stay, which was perfect for not tugging around our luggage since there isn’t a place to keep them on site. Thank you, Frankie Says, for accomodating our stay. We will be back!

Great location near Covent Garden. The space inside was spacious for a family of four (including 2 kids). The steps were very steep and there were a lot, so keep this in mind if you have lots of suitcases. It was quite brutal to carry everything to the top floor. There is a pub outside and it was a bit rowdy at night and we didn’t feel the safest with our kids at dark right outside the main door. The shower was hard to operate. It was either very hot or very cold and getting the right temp took some work. There were also no extra pillows for our kids or towels. We had to share 2 towels across the 4 of us and put pillow cases on the throw pillows for the kids. Also, the many many automated emails from “Frankie” was overwhelming. If the stuff above gets addressed, then I’d say it’s worth it, but definitely wasn’t the greatest experience. Still giving 4 stars because of the location being great.

Great location, just in front of the National portrait gallery. This is at walking distance to all attractions. The living room is very large and the TV is also large. Kitchen is very big. The one bedroom is large size as well the mattress of the bed is really firm the number of forks and knifes could have been bigger. The kitchen has really the minimum to cook. It would have been nice to have some wine glasses
