Very pleasant stay in the apartment Close to everything Nice apartment and very well located I would be delighted to recommend the accommodation As a minor point for improvement, I would say that the cooking facilities, which are very limited, should be supplemented, but that’s just a detail! We loved this flat & working with Frankie. Communication is spot on. If you want to be in the heart of London, this is it. 3 minute walk to Trafalgar, 5 minutes to theatres and Chinatown. Same for Metro station. Well appointed and comfortable flat. Open and airy, lots of windows and a balcony. The only reason this wasn't a 5 star, is the stairs. Frankie was clear there was no lift, and described it is on the third floor. That is true, but it is 5 flights straight up. For us, it was fine, as we had little luggage. For the convenience, location and the great flat, we would consider it again! Frankie manages multiple flats around town, and is worth trusting with your visits!

The location is excellent! Close to tourist spots, bars, restaurants and metro stations. You are in the heart of Covent Garden! We stayed three nights. I highlight the living space, which is spacious and comfortable. Not so the equipment and kitchen utensils. Slightly equipped and with little love. In the bathroom the shower is very small and we were only left a hotel soap for three people on the three days. Same with the shampoo. The room was spacious but uncomfortable in its layout. The heating and hot water worked great! A point to contemplate, for whom I travel with heavy suitcases, it's 60 steps up to the apartment door.
