Our stay was mixed overall, though there were several positives. The location was excellent - within a three minute walk to two Tube stations - and situated in a quiet residential area with minimal road noise at night. The home was comfortable and provided adequate space for a family of five. When we arrived, however, the heat was not working properly, and we notified the management agency upon check in. It took almost 24 hours and multiple follow-ups, including contacting AirBnB, to fully resolve the issue. During that time, we also discovered the hot water was not working. A maintenance tech ultimately fixed both issues. The agency did arrange 1 night in another nearby property while they resolved the issues at our rented property, which was appreciated. We returned the following evening, and everything was functioning properly. One note to future guests: be sure to request that the staircase between the ground floor to basement be opened before arrival.
