Apartment Features:Location: Located on Boulevard Albert 1er, one of the main streets of Antibes, very commercial and lively, with a weekly market nearby. The central location allows easy access to local attractions, shops and restaurants.
Interior:
Living Room: As soon as you enter, you will feel at home. The living room, decorated in a romantic shabby style, offers a perfect setting to relax after a day of visiting the old town. Sit back on the sofa or on one of the armchairs and enjoy the amenities at your disposal: air conditioning, heating, television and Wi-Fi.
Dining Room:
A large family table for convivial meals.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with washing machine, ironing equipment and cleaning products, oven, hob, kettle, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, ideal for preparing delicious gourmet dishes.
Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: King-size bed, TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, armchair and shower room just opposite with toilet, sink and mirror.

Great location - close to Salis beach and to the old town. We were met by the owners - very friendly and helpful couple. The building is well maintained and communal areas ( foyer and hallways) are cleaned daily and always smelt clean and fresh. The apartment was well equipped . including washing up liquid and dishwasher cleaning fluid etc.. Beach towels also included. Lovely large terrace which runs along two sides of the apartment. Bigger in reality than the photos looked. Plenty of seating outside with tables. The apartment is based on one of the larger boulevards on the second floor ( lift) . We loved watching the world go by but it can be a little noisy with traffic ( rubbish vans etc at night ) if you want to sleep with the windows open rather than use Air Con. Very good restaurant next door to the apartment building - Cafe Kanter - but there are so many restaurants within walking distance that you are spoilt for choice. Overall highly recommend.

The apartment was just what we were looking for for our one week stay for our family of four. It is very well situated near the beach, the old town (which has tons of restaurants and cafes) and the daily farmer's market. The wrap around balcony was great for eating breakfast or just taking in the sights of the city. The apartment is on a main street so the balcony can be loud but indoors the apartment is peaceful. The owners were wonderful and responded right away when the refrigerator handle broke. It was helpful to have a washer since we stayed for a week. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. Overall the apartment was quite clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to friends and would stay there again if I end up in Antibes. We also found a delightful creperie nearby that's just outside of the busy tourist areas called Gout du Fondre. The owners are warm and friendly and the galettes and crepes were fantastic. I'd recommend that as well.
