The place was as advertised; solid and everything worked as intended Had some hiccups with check in and the washer/dryer not working. But those were eventually resolved. We did see some bugs occasionally but there was a bug zapper that was available. Really appreciated how dark and quiet the apartment could be; fans were also provided to deal with the heat. 2 major issues with the apartment is that it gets excessively hot during the summer months; much more hot and humid than outside even. But that seems like a general London insulation problem designed for the winter rather than summer. Second; there is construction right in front of the apartment and by 9-10 AM the noise of construction and the crew will inevitably wake you up. One minor nit; the apartment was overall well equipped and designed however the presence of a dining table in the middle of the living room had us slightly confused and was impractical.

This was our third stay in this apartment. Not much different from before. It’s a nicely kitted-out place. Comfy bed, good shower. The area is okay. Sainsbury’s and Boots just round the corner. Handy for local transport. Plenty of local restaurants and bars. Some unexpected drama in that the former fashion school building across the road has been occupied as a squat, which affected our stay in no way whatsoever, but we gather the local residents are not pleased! That aside, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Nice appartment in a quiet street. No traffic and hardly people, which might have been because of the summer holidays, since it's opposite of a school building. Appartment was clean and everything was in working order. Nothing special, just as advertised. Mind that getting in takes a 10 minute walking trip to a key box on a separate location. However, everything can be glossed over by how spectacularly located the appartment is. Walkable distance from Soho and Covent garden, and Tottenham Court Road Underground has access to central, northern and Elizabeth. Would go here again.

Quiet street in a great location. Not the nicest/fanciest building, but apartment is just fine. The balcony is small, but nice to have access to being outside. All in all a good experience.

Great Location, easy access to and from Heathrow on Elizabeth Line, reasonable value. The flat itself is a good size for London, and generally in good shape, but do for some maintenance. Nothing that impacts the stay, but noticeable in the bathroom in particular. Biggest negative was the limited space for clothing so you can unpack a suitcase. Hanging space was too high to reach and filled with spare linens so even if it was reachable, it was not available for use. Pillows were very thin...would suggest upgrading those. The building is tucked out of the way of the busy streets nearby, so the apartment is very quiet. All in all a good stay.

A great apartment, great location, really well equipped kitchen. Quiet location also which is surprising given you are short walk to Oxford Street. We were here for 2 weeks and the interim cleaning staff were great! just a couple of small items, some instructions for the oven would be good, and also the TV unit. The view is just office/school buildings, so i would not include this as a selling item. We were here for shopping, restaurants and work, and the apartment ticked all the boxes for us. Thank you!
