There are many positive points and, unfortunately, just as many negative ones. Let's start with the positives: - Ideal location when you want to visit London - Quiet neighbourhood with all amenities nearby. - Comfortable bedding with clean white sheets. -Extensive range of equipment available. - No need for keys; check-in and check-out are very easy. The downsides: - Sofa with stains, cleaning done roughly - Uncomfortable toilets because they are flush against the wall and the heated towel rail. - Adjusting the shower temperature is extremely difficult (unit shower needs servicing) - The bathroom mirror light isn't working - Almost all the doors don't close or close by themselves; the windows are very difficult to open/close because they are very old -The floors are of very poor quality; they are so uneven that you feel like you are losing your balance. The price would have been justified if all these negative points had not existed.

We had a fantastic stay here with our child and my parents. The Airbnb was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—right in the centre of London, with pretty much everything you could want within a 15-minute walk. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Great place in a very good location. What was not visible were the very low ceilings and very steep stairs without any gate, already in the flat (important for families with small children). However, this is quite characteristic of London, so it's not a big surprise.

I liked the flat itself, it was very clean and neat. the location is amazing and a lot of shops nearby, I didn't like the cleanliness of the stairway leading to the appartement which was the only thing. other than that it was top notch

Awful check-in. The host requires you to use an external site to upload your ID, selfie, and personal info before accessing check-in details, which I was uncomfortable with. Even after completing it hours before check-in, the link showed a “too early to check in” message even after check-in time. The host didn’t respond despite multiple calls and messages on whatsap, Airbnb, email, and Insta. They replied 30+ mins later, after I contacted Airbnb support, and we checked in almost an hour late. Unit was warm and there’s no AC, only heating units. One fan was provided; the second I requested was promised but never delivered. They charge extra for early/late checkout on that external site, yet after asking repeatedly to be recompensated for the late check-in, all I got was a 1-hour late checkout and and a £50 refund that hasn’t arrived. Building has no lift—3 flights of stairs plus another narrow set inside the unit. Clean & good location but wouldn't rebook with this host ever.

We loved the place! Great value for its location. Just a 15 minute walk to Oxford Circus and all the shopping in London. Very clean space and hot water never ran out. They have a full functioning kitchen that we used it the fullest. Just be aware that it’s on the top floor with no elevator. It can be challenging for very heavy luggages, but it wasn’t a problem for me and my family. Loved it!!

Great location, convenient transportation, it's a great place to explore London.The floor is slightly higher, there is no elevator, and it is inconvenient to carry luggage
