Awful check-in. The host requires you to use an external site to upload your ID, selfie, and personal info before accessing check-in details, which I was uncomfortable with. Even after completing it hours before check-in, the link showed a “too early to check in” message even after check-in time. The host didn’t respond despite multiple calls and messages on whatsap, Airbnb, email, and Insta. They replied 30+ mins later, after I contacted Airbnb support, and we checked in almost an hour late. Unit was warm and there’s no AC, only heating units. One fan was provided; the second I requested was promised but never delivered. They charge extra for early/late checkout on that external site, yet after asking repeatedly to be recompensated for the late check-in, all I got was a 1-hour late checkout and and a £50 refund that hasn’t arrived. Building has no lift—3 flights of stairs plus another narrow set inside the unit. Clean & good location but wouldn't rebook with this host ever.

We loved the place! Great value for its location. Just a 15 minute walk to Oxford Circus and all the shopping in London. Very clean space and hot water never ran out. They have a full functioning kitchen that we used it the fullest. Just be aware that it’s on the top floor with no elevator. It can be challenging for very heavy luggages, but it wasn’t a problem for me and my family. Loved it!!
