The Space:

• Living area: Bright open-plan space with a sofa bed, Smart TV, and media hub. Perfect for relaxing, catching up on shows, or unwinding after a day in London.
• Dining: Stylish dining table ideal for meals, work, or entertaining.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped modern kitchen with new appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. Ready for anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner.
• Bathroom: Sleek bathroom featuring a full shower with bathtub and complimentary toiletries.
• Connectivity: Fast, reliable Wi-Fi for work or leisure.
• Welcome pack: Tea, coffee, and biscuits provided on arrival.

Important Details:
• Self check-in via keycafe lockbox (Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM). Outside these hours or on weekends, check-in is via meet-and-greet (6 PM–midnight).
• Located on the 4th (top) floor. Lift available, but a few steps are required to access it.
• Centrally managed heating ensures comfort year-round.
• Accommodates up to six guests (four in the bedrooms, two on the sofa bed).

• No smoking inside the property.
• No pets permitted.

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Late check-out subject to availability and surcharge.
• Guest Verification: Completed check-in form and valid photo ID required before arrival.

Guest access

For check-ins between Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, all relevant KeyCafe lockbox codes and instructions are sent 24 hours before arrival.
For check-ins outside these hours or on weekends, guests must provide their ETA so a member of staff can meet them at the property to complete check-in.
