I came for a business trip and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The flat is spacious, clean, and in an ideal location—central yet remarkably quiet. It's surrounded by fantastic coffee spots, making it perfect for both work and relaxation. My host, Frany, was outstanding, always responsive and attentive to every detail. She made everything seamless, anticipating my needs and adding thoughtful touches that made my stay exceptional. Highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful! Check in was smooth and easy. There was bottled water for us waiting in the fridge and plenty of extra linens. It is a beautiful space in a great walkable neighborhood. Right out the door we were met by a plethora of restaurants and shops to explore. We would definitely stay here again!

Terrible communication. I don’t know who is managing their account but it was as if I was talking to different people. We were 4 guests and they only had linens and towels for 2, I wrote to them 5-6 times and while they did respond they just promised to fix the issue and didn’t do it during our whole stay

The flat is lovely, centrally located. Lots of great restaurants near by, and a pretty neighbourhood. We did face issues during our stay: 1. There’s no lock from inside the apartment, so if anyone has your code they’re able to come in at any time. 2. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived and we reached out to the owner immediately. The promised time for it being fixed kept being pushed back (handymen had to come several times to the flat; timeslots had to be arranged etc.), that we ended up with 80% of our stay without the promised amenity. Seeming accommodating the owner offered some sort of refund (a pretty minor one; less than half a night stay) and was being overall courteous in the communication (that annoyingly already took a lot of time at this point). Then the owner suddenly and out of nowhere ran a reverse strategy and decided to not offer ANY discount as compensation for the trouble. We had to involve Airbnb who managed to sort out a slight settlement. Disappointing.

Frankie’s place was fantastic! The location was impeccable- super close to oxford circus, lovely restaurant/ cafes nearby and a bike stand in front of the building which was convenient. The flat itself was much nicer than the pictures and very spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and available with all amenities. I’d definitely stay there again :)

We enjoyed our stay. It was a cosy apartment with fantastic and central location. Easy to get to, and clear instructions. This would be a better experience for 2 people than for 4, as the sleeping couch in the living room was of the cheapest IKEA types - quite worn down and uncomfortable. For the price, the quality was lacking some, but you are definitely paying for the location. All in all a good stay.

This apartment was very ideally located to a lot of great cafes, shops, restaurants, and the tube. However, the apartment needs some maintenance. There were marks all over the walls, the carpet looked worn and dirty, the amenities were slim (old tea bags, mini mini soap and hair products), and it was more difficult to unlock and lock the door than advertised. The host also doesn’t respond on weekends which was slightly frustrating. Further, whoever was staying in one of their lower level units was blasting music late at night so loudly that we could hear it. Overall, it was convenient but needs updating and not worth the price.

Frankie Says is a very effective team : responsive, fast and accommodating ( thank you again for the extra hour for the check out and reference to your partner for luggage storage). Everything is handled remotely but smoothly. Location is great : quiet area ( we stayed 4 days and had no issue with the noise at all) with a fantastic little restaurant across the street. top coffee places around the corner and walking distance to London cultural, shopping, entertaining, tourist spots. Flat : by London standards very good. The flat is less "fresh" than it looks on the pictures 1. Decent size bedroom i.e space around the bed, space for luggage, and proper wardrobe) and quiet (back of the building), good quality queen size bed with nice linen, 2. bathroom is big and water pressure reasonable (shower gel, soap, shampoo, towels available) 3. Living/dining room: fully equipped and can comfortably accommodate 4 people - I can only judge the sofa bed for his seating qualities (a bit hard). Staircase might be an issue if you carry large suitcases. Overall very good!

Absolutely incredible spot in London. Close to everything you would ever want. We used a local tailor to fix a suit, and loved having cocktails at the bar down the stairs. Fans are provided but the room can still get pretty hot in the summer - so I would suggest maybe bringing an additional mini personal fan. We will stay here again!!

The location is too convenient, the location is too good, just near Soho, and you can walk from chinatown. It is around the net red store Yunli, which is the best experience in London. The house is also very good. The only disadvantage is that it is too high. The 4th floor is so high, it is a little tired with a suitcase.

Absolutely incredible place to stay, would 100% recommend to anyone. The location is fantastic (it's super close to Oxford St and Regent's Park) and the apartment is big, clean, bright, and has everything you could need. We stayed for 9 days and everything was perfect. Also I worked remotely for several days from the apartment, including taking Zoom calls, and the internet was perfect for this (plus there is a small desk that's great to work from).

The flat is as described, everything works, tastefully decorated, amazing location. There is a bar with "private caves" in the basement of the building and the noise filtered up one night. The host was extremely conscious and communicative about this issue and resolved it for us. The following night there was no noise, so it may not happen very often. Overall, nice and spacious flat in central London. Really cool coffee shop across the street.

The place has a great sized living room. It's airy and bright, which is ideal for lounging. The kitchen area is a good size too, but the fridge I found to be a little small for my needs. The host was quick to reply to my questions, and the flat is situated in a decent area with local amenities all within a ten-minute walk.

Well located apartment in safe neighborhood. Good size, comfortable apartment that is perfect for a family of four. The host is a real estate company, not a private host nor a hospitality company. As such, they are not focused on providing a great hospitable experience. For example, they are very rigid on check-in time. We arrived 30 minutes before check in and even though the apartment was ready, we had to sit outside for half an hour until they would send us the code to the lockbox. They don't answer email via AirBnb over the weekend nor do they provide enough soap, shampoo etc. so you need to shop for your own. Overall, the place is a good solid apartment and is worth staying at despite the lack of personal attention that most hosts provide.

This apartment has a fabulous location, and the space is great - you're right in the thick of things with plenty of room to relax in. There were a few missing basic items in the kitchen which was disappointing, and the bedding could have been better. But otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay.

Local is great, clean and just like the photos. The problem is that it is on the third floor and there is no elevator, but I knew it when I rented it. I just didn't give it 5 stars because I heard I was supposed to pay £60 more for checking in on the weekend. The problem is not the value, the problem is that I heard about it after renting, in a text sent in the inbox. This should be clear in the main description of the apartment. Of the rest, no more.. great place.

The four of us stayed three nights and encountered no major problems, although we might have fit more comfortably if we had been three people. The information given was precise and helpful, and checking both in and out went smoothly. Will definitely recommend.

The West end-managed property is in a great location a few steps from Oxford street, the famous London shopping street. Although it is in a central area, the street is very quiet, so it offers a very relaxing stay. Spacious and bright, it is equipped with all amenities, with all kinds of services within walking distance, from restaurants to public transport. At first glance it seems perfect, but the walls should be bridged and in some places it shows the signs of time and wear, you can see that it is a very requested apartment given the location. Dust allergies will be a little annoying because of the carpet, apart from this higher cleaning of London standards. West end is not really responsive in responses so if you need anything call! Messages are left a little in the background.

The apartment is exactly like you see it in the pictures. It is spacious and has a lot to offer. The location fantastic. You can walk through Regents Park and end up in Camden Town, you can have a stroll on Oxford Street and through Hyde Park and end up seeing the Buckingham Palace, Trafalger Square, Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Picadilly Circus and Soho on your way back to the apartment. There are loads of pubs, restaurants and cafes nearby. Or if you prefer cooking yourself, there is a big Tesco Express down the street and Sainsburys Local a few steps further. We traveled with a baby and two friends and had a wonderful time!

The apartment is exactly the same as they show on the website. It's clean and their services are great. They also leave a mobile number for whatsapp, it makes thing easier in case you have any questions. The apartment has a great location and is surrounded by many restaurants but you do not feel noisy at night.

The apartment is highly recommended. Beautifully and practically furnished with pull-out sofa in the living area so that there is enough space for up to four people. Very centrally located. The flat looked exactly like the pictures; very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, they were doing some renovations next door every day from 8am-6pm, but we were always out and about during those times so it wasn't really a bother, just an eyesore. The building has no elevators, just narrow stairs that lead to the flat at the top, so it's a tiring hike, especially if you're bringing heavy suitcases or bags. I wish I had known that before I booked it. But the location makes up for it -- less than 10 minutes away from Oxford Street and Regent Street and tube stations. Also, great restaurants nearby and many more in adjacent Soho. It was a pleasant experience, just a tiring journey up the building every day!

Four of us stayed for 7 nights, and everything was perfect. The hosts were very helpful with their explanations, and we were able to check in early as the apartment was available. It was very clean and fully equipped. Highly recommended, the location is perfect. Plenty of dining and shopping options.

We had very good time in this very good situated appartement, but we were very disappointed about not any luggage facility from the host! We were supposed to let our luggages in the flat the last day in agreement with the host, but then in the last moment we were obliged to change our program of the day because the host told us it wasnt possible!

We arrived after the 6pm key pick up deadline so we had to have someone pick them up to avoid a 90 pound surcharge -- quite steep -- although we did know this ahead of time. The host was very proactive in trying to connect with us to welcome us and show us the flat but there was never a need to interact because everything in the flat was pretty self explanatory.

We were able to drop off our luggage at 11 am so that we could enjoy London without having to carry anything. Our host showed us around the property and provided us with the necessary information in case of any issues. The property is very well located, as it is a 10-minute walk from the underground station and Oxford Street, so shopping enthusiasts will be delighted. The flat is tastefully decorated and well maintained. The bed and the sofa bed were too soft for us, but nothing too serious. The only downside we experienced, which was not LDG's fault, was the noise from the restaurant/bar, which fortunately stopped at midnight. We also had a neighbour who was drilling through metal at 2 o'clock in the morning... I would like to end on a positive note: LDG were very professional and responsive to my requests. I would highly recommend it

Lovely flat from a professional provider in a good location. Friendly welcome and good facilities. Please note that you have to pay an additional £40 if you arrive at the weekend. We were informed of this fee before completing the reservation and agreed to it. We haven't regretted it!

Lovely apartment, very clean, well-decorated with everything you need. The location was perfect, with close distance to Oxford street and Oxford Circus station without it being too noisy. There were also lots of nice restaurants around the area and Sainsbury's, Co-op AND Tesco within 5 minutes of walking distance! Hosts were quick at replying, though I didn't get to meet them because I arrived at the apartment later than the rest of my family. The only drawback would be that it's on the top floor (3rd floor) with no lifts, so it was quite an effort to carry our bags up and down the staircase.

I stayed here for 2 weeks on a business trip. Super flat in a very convenient location. Flat is as described, key handover went smoothly, and a small maintenance issue was swiftly fixed by the managing agent, whose shop is on the same street. We've already booked to stay here again the next time we're in London.

Our host welcomed us at the scheduled time. She showed us around the property and provided us with the information we needed for our stay. The apartment is in perfect condition with all amenities. The description on the website corresponded exactly to the actual property. The location of the accommodation met our needs. The area is quiet and peaceful, while still being close to Oxford Street. My children and I enjoyed it very much.
