The apartment was clean, renovated, and well located. Opposite the property and in the vicinity, there are good restaurants and coffee shops, as well as a grocery store. I was pre-booked for the noise because I knew there was a nightclub or similar near the house, but the noise was steady and pretty quiet and didn't bother us. But the couch was hard to sleep on. I was satisfied and would rent the same place again.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and has a fantastic location. You can hear the bar below but as it was expected we really didn’t mind. Nice decor and a very easy check in.

Super spot , the building , although renovated , a little old , squeaky floors , a little more noise from the bar below , the plumbing in the bathroom needs repair . Communication with the owner very good , clean , warm , comfortable check in with codes

The location was PERFECT- in a quiet, charming neighborhood with local restaurants/coffee shops, but a short walk from soho/Oxford street. Frankie Says was very professional and accommodating- Even went out and bought us a blanket when they didn’t have an extra one. When needed, they responded within an hour every time or answered the phone right away (within business hours). PLEASE NOTE: there is a bar/club below and you will hear music/thumping/people talking outside from Thursday-Saturday until probably 1:30am. The apartment did need a deep cleaning and the sofa mattress was not at all comfortable. Still, with all of that said, I would absolutely stay again next time I visit!

The Airbnb was very clean and check in was easy. 10 minute walk from a major subway station made getting around London easy. ps. avoid Gordon Ramsay's 3 star Michelin star restaurant at all costs. It was one of the reasons we came to London, it was horrible and overpriced (just want the world to know).

Excellent communication, clean, and well stocked. For some reason the electronic lock to the flat only comes to live if one taps with back of the hand. Found on the first day when I called and was told the trick.

Nice location. A lot of noise during the night: trampling footsteps from the appartemnt above on a wooden ceiling, loud music till 5 am, people shouting at 4 am in the corridor… could have been tidier on arrival. The shower infrastucture is not functikning properly, shower head is broken, difficult to find the right water temperature. This needs to be fixed urgently

Great place to stay in London for couple or small family. Location is perfect, check-in experience is great and the team is super responsive. I would simply note two points for improvements: - the bed mattress is not great - one of us had to sleep on the sofa because we kept bumping into each other in the middle of the bed - check-out time at 10am is really early compared to other places which usually are ok with 11 or 12

This is an extremely well located flat, blocks from Soho and Marylebone High Street. There were good restaurants right outside the door and groceries within a block. There is a nightclub that is active Thurs-Sat below ground in the building.

lovely place. above a restaurant which was fine with us bc we didn't mind the noise. would prefer a better WiFi as it was slow and kept cutting out, but other than that, would definitely stay again

Very conveniently located in walking distance from the Oxford street. Nice restaurants and grocery stores all around the place. A bit noisy in the reception rooms because of bars just around the corner. However it was ok in the bedroom. Check in was very easy.

The location is close to Soho and there are good restaurants nearby, so it was nice to stay. It was a good thing that there was no elevator, but there weren't many stairs on the second floor, and you have to pay more for the weekend check-in, so please note! It's usually quiet, but the cafe below? The sound of music in the bar? rises until late in the evening. Fortunately, it's quiet when you sleep:) I bought garbage bags or laundry detergent myself and used them. The table was rattling a lot, so I had to put it on paper and fit it. Still, it was rattling... but other than that, it was a comfortable and cozy space to stay!
