Frankie's apartment overall is a great choice for travellers. Location is amazing, walking distance to Oxford St, very safe and quiet. Full of beautiful restaruants and cafes. The apartment is quite cosy, spacious, clean and well maintained. We loved our stay. Well recommended.

The location was great, close to restaurants and bars but the street wasn’t necessarily too busy so it wasn’t loud. The place was very clean and everything worked as advertised

The apartment was very nice, clean, cozy and comfortable. Frankie was very helpful and always responded. The location is also great! Everyone that wants to stay there should note that there is no elevator and the flat is in the second floor, also if you want to cook, this is almost impossible since the kitchen’s equipment is very poor.

Nice Airbnb and nice host, very simple checkin and checkout with no hidden fees. Flat was decently furnished, as shown in pictures, could have been a little cleaner but flat was still clean and neat overall. Very good location.

The place itself was great and located in a great location! We just unfortunately had issues checking in as we weren’t given check in instructions on time for check in! The only other downfall was that we had selected the stay for 4 people - there was one bed and a sofa bed which fit us all but there was no linen/bedding provided for the guests staying on the sofa bed.. and by the time we realised it was too late to have some organised.

Too bad! Bad experience that is speechless, bath water only rolls hot, or ice cold, you can't regulate.Many of the lights on the top are bad, the house is not clean enough, the carpet can step out of dust, no slippers, bad review!!!

Hi It was perfect. Small and clean apartment is really fun to stay in the apartment. The only downside was the shower that was difficult to adjust the water heat and the current was weak.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Frankie's beautiful apartment. It is in the perfect location and within walking distance of almost everything London has to offer. Nearby are many excellent restaurants and plenty of opportunities for sightseeing and shopping. Highly recommend the flat and your service. Highly recommend!

The apartment is great, right in the middle of things, we really enjoyed our stay there. The only issue was with the shower tap - it's hard to balance it between warm and cold and it's annoying.

The appartment seemed nicer on photos. The location is great and the house has a perfect dimension for 3/4 people. Heat works perfectly and the staff comunícate with us very well! The main bed is not comfortable. The shower regulator is a pain (either too hot or too cold) Further than this everything was fine!

Apartment intended for Airbnb use only. It is very noisy because it is located on the 2nd floor, above a bar with a lively atmosphere and music at night, plus the exhaust vents from the air-conditioning units and restaurant extractor hoods in the inner courtyard, which overlook the bedroom window. The bed in the bedroom is a 140-cm sofa bed. The sheets and towels are clean and comfortable. The apartment is well located and matches the photos. 10 minutes' walk to the metro.

Pros Great location. Very central and near some really nice restaurants, bars and cafes. Management team was attentive. The apartment size is good. Cons It felt old and dirty. Mainly due to its old carpet, dirty skirting and some old furniture (some furniture was new and nice). The building itself is also old and not well preserved. Its carpet and walls are dirty too. Pictures show the place better than what it actually is.

Place was super cute ! Nicer than the photos for sure ! Location was ideal if you’re looking to be in the middle of everything !! Restaurants quite literally right at our door step. Wifi was not the best, and the shower only worked for extremely hot water. But other than these two issues, the place was great! Oh there’s also no elevator so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage! Host was good for communication as well.

The location of the place is perfect-very convenient, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The place feels a bit smaller than appearing on the photos, especially the bed!!!- very small bed for 2 people, especially if you're 2 meters tall, but considering the hotel rooms space of 10 sq.m. for the same price you get in London- it's ok !!! Bathroom needs renovation. The apartment has central heating which is nice, especially in winter months. Overall, convenient place if you want to stay in Soho, has all the amenities you need to feel at home. Good italian restaurant, just downstairs, 2 bars and a seafood restaurant just on the other side of the street. There's a very good breakfast bar just round the corner- definitely recommend visiting it!

The apartment was amazing, very clean, cozy, big, new and decorated really nicely. The location was also amazing, just 7 minutes walk to oxford street and the neighborhood was very lively, with the streets always full with happy people in the restaurants and bars. The host also left us a thorough guide of the apartment and everything in the area and it was very thoughtful. Although, we do think it’s worth mentioning that the apartment is on the last floor and it’s a lot of stairs for some people especially with luggage. Another thing that bothered us, is that the apartment didn’t have any supplies in the kitchen not even salt. And also there were only sets of four plates/cups/forks extra. Also there was not enough toilet paper and they only gave us two little hotel shampoos wich are certainly not enough for four people who stayed there for four nights.
