Believe what Frankie Says! The place was exactly as described, the photos are accurate. The location is walkable to everything! I appreciated the secure luggage storage, which allowed us to explore London before check-in. The response time to my questions was the fastest we have ever experienced, including a reply in the middle of the night due to a time difference, sorry, - that’s service.
