Location is great in convent garden, and that's where the good review ends. We stayed for a week, and I have never felt so scammed out of $9k. For the same $, we could have stayed in a 4* hotel. One of our worst airbnb stays in terms of dinginess. There's a reason most of their pics are of the wall color. They gave 1 bath & 1hand towel per person for the entire stay & no face towels at all. I requested some extra towels from the mgmt team, and was dismissed. Shampoo & Conditioner was less than one tiny 'trial' sized bottle per person. 1 mini soap bar per person and no hand soap dispenser in ANY room. Have fun rationing your soap bar usage after the toilet! Tissue boxes? 0. A single throw blanket, to cuddle into while watching TV? No. Cushions for the steel bar chairs on the outdoor patio? Nope! WiFi? Router wouldn't allow more than 4 devices and signal couldn't even reach the upstairs! For a 3bdrm, 7 person airbnb, and a stay of a week, this level of stinginess is not acceptable.

Had a fantastic stay at Frankie Say’s in Covent Garden, the location was brilliant, right in the heart of this vibrant, bustling area. Everything was within walking distance, Pubs, Cafes, Restaurants, Retail Boutiques, Thrift stores, Markets, Royal Opera House with West End Theatres around the corner! Plenty of options for travel via public transport, cabs, electric bikes. Access to the apartment was very secure, inside the space was very private and extremely quiet. The beds were warm & cosy, great shower pressure with ample luxury toiletries supplied. It was lovely and warm inside, a very relaxing retreat from the outside world. It was perfect for 5 Adults and the Rooftop Terrace was a bonus! We loved our stay and would definitely return. Frankie’s team were fantastic, from the initial booking to checking out, it was stress free and I highly recommend. Thank you Frankie Say’s for hosting us and making us feel so welcome!

Apartment is clean and spacious. Showers and bathrooms perfect. Walking distance to Chinatown and Covent Garden & Leicester Square underground stations. Host Frankie is responsive and helpful. Not for the elderly and mobility challenged though as had to climb a flight of stairs. Suggestion: the master bedroom is so spacious that it could easily fit a super king size bed, which will enhance our experience even more :)

Great stay in the heart of Covent Garden. Really great layout, big rooms on the main floor, upstairs bedroom was a little tiny. Rooftop was great. Loved being right in the main mix of Covent when walking out into the street. Very appreciated that they provided fans for the apartment during a London heatwave!

You know you're in a fantastic place when you say "let's go home" instead of "let's go back to the AirBnB". This flat is a wonderful home away from home in probably the best location in London. Pictures don't do it justice. Everyone super responsive and seamless check-in. 10/10, will be back next time I'm in London.

Thanks so much for a great visit to London. We had a great time with our daughter. Frankie's place is in the heart of Covent Garden near amazing restaurants and shops and multiple underground stations. It's also convenient to get to the other great parts of London. Highly recommend.

We really loved staying at this flat as a group of six 50-year old college friends who wanted to visit London together at Christmas time. The location in Covent Garden is close to a multitude of shopping, restaurants/pubs/coffee shops, the theater (we saw 2 shows), the Peloton studio, and 2 underground stops. We each shared a bedroom and a bath. The kitchen was pretty outfitted, the only downside for us Americans was the coffee maker that brews espresso-sized portions which I also found to be customary when I visited Spain. A quick walk down the block to a coffee shop provided larger drinks and delicious pastries :). Beware though, as other reviews have stated, there are a lot of stairs to climb to get into and around this flat which are somewhat narrow. It was a show getting our suitcases up and down, and we are pretty fit ladies.

Great place with great playful interaction with Frankie. The neighborhood is great and centrally located for a quick stay in London. It offers a quick walk to the south bank, west to Buckingham, north to Soho and east to Tower Bridge. The only upgrade would be softer beds for our weary bodies to sleep after days of walking (and eating and drinking). Thanks Frankie.

This cottage was our favorite of our 19-night getaway to the United Kingdom. A luxurious apartment with a sublime rooftop terrace located in the heart of a bustling London neighborhood. Nearby there are bars, restaurants, grocery stores, shops, a metro stop and a tourist bus stop of the "up on, up off" type. It was an impromptu reservation coming out of a dead end. Location, location, location! Every where we turned walking out of the apartment we were met by the cutest streets and alleys. So many great places to stumble upon and easy access to the Tube. Our visit was during a recent heat wave (31C+) so the apartment was very hot given that it is the top two floors of the building. But having all the windows and the roof terrace hatch open and fans in each room helped to cool it down! (Just know that windows open then means street noise). As many other reviews stated there are several flights of stairs to reach the apartment - they really weren’t that bad. We had several LARGE check-in suitcases that were over 20 kgs and we managed to get them upstairs without issue and only a little sweating (haha). The place has a mildew smell to it. Seemingly coming primarily from the bathroom of the top floor bedroom. With the windows open it helped to reduce the smell. Overall GREAT place to stay! Everyone enjoyed the privacy of their own bed and bath.

Fabulous location and a beautiful roomy space with the added bonus of a rooftop patio. Instructions were clear, bedding was comfortable, and the showers / bathrooms perfect. We appreciated the espresso machine and instant coffee as well as the bottled water in the fridge. One of our favorite places to stay! As mentioned in previous reviews, there are a lot of stairs so if that is not your thing, don't stay here. We actually liked the stairs and the privacy it gave us. Also, of note, even though the location is central, the windows are quite soundproof, so street noise was not an issue.

We relaxed as requested! We also walked an average of 8-10 miles per day, by choice as we weren’t tied to the tube, we were able to explore above ground and had a lovely time.

Amazing location in Covent Gardens! Close to Underground and so many restaurant and shopping options close by. Unit is as described and many stairs to get to the apartment so be mindful if you have heavy luggage or those in your party that have a harder time. Would absolutely stay again!

We arrived right on time and the place was absolutely ready, stocked with towels and linens and kitchen supplies etc. The pictures are accurate and indeed the place has multiple floors which allowed us to spread out a bit with the middle floor being a living room and kitchen. On a nice London day, you can enjoy a drink on the rooftop. The flat is in the heart of London. So don't spend too much time in the apartment. We walked a lot to most places including our favorite coffee shop in the whole city. Absolutely walkable to Mayfair, Piccadilly, Westminster etc. Would definitely stay again.

The inward-facing bedrooms are still quiet – even with the window open 👍 Are there any odours in the bathrooms due to the pipes? Goes away with ventilation 🤗 Happy to come back next time 👍

Lovely flat and amazing rooftop terrace, which definitely adds to the value in the summer. Does get quite hot in the small bedroom at night, and the fan is a bit noisy. But if you don't mind heat, it's just fine. It has no real personal touch, but it's sparkling clean. And surprisingly quiet. It's expensive, but three couples could easily share and still have both shares and their own space. One downside for me - and others sensitive to perfume - is that there is a very strong smell of perfume/air freshener in the stairway, which also crept into the flat itself. Since more and more people have become sensitive to perfume, I would recommend getting rid of that. All in all, it was a really great stay.

Good location and is clearly a newly renovated property. Instructions to connect WIFI not clear at all. (not on the Airbnb description of the stay, not on the email sent two days prior to check-in, and could not be found inside the flat as indicated in the email). It was only after three phone calls to the host was the issue resolved. Also, host (property management company staff) was rude during phone call. While it was clearly indicated in the description that there are no lifts in the property, the narrowness of the stairs and its sharp turns can cause severe difficulties for travellers with large luggage.

We had a terrific stay at Frankie’s. The flat felt like home immediately and it was a treat to have such a huge amount of space. The flat was spotlessly clean and well appointed and the location is unbeatable. My kids especially loved being able to stroll into Covent Garden on their own and to have a little bit of independence. There are stairs but they weren’t a problem for us!

I booked this AirBnB in Covent Garden because it had only good reviews and the reviews definitely didn’t lie. It was clean and welcoming and looked like the pictures. Each of the three bedrooms had its own bathroom and there was a fourth “powder room” toilet in the hallway. It was a fantastic and comfortable space for five people. The location was also perfect. Close to several tube stations and walkable to so many great bars and restaurants and also to London attractions. People should note that it’s up two flights of stairs and the apartment is on two floors so there are stairs inside as well. For us this was not a problem but could be an issue for people with large bags or limited mobility.

Frankie's House was spacious, clean and very well located in Covent Garden. The instructions were clear, the arrival and departure modalities were easy. The only negative point is having to pay a big extra for an early check-in of only two or three hours, which leaves small space for flexibility.

This is an excellent apartment in a great location. The rooms are a bit smaller than they appear in the photos but still very nice. Comfy beds, and good showers. I also love places that offer Nespresso coffee. Highly recommend it to anybody that isn't afraid of a few stairs. Will definitely come back.

Great place to stay - esp in summer with the outside rooftop. It’s not for everyone - 3 flights of stairs if you have luggage, bit noisy (it’s Covent Garden!) but it’s a great location and the hosts are very communicative. We had a couple of maintenance issues which can’t be helped and they responded as quickly as they could.

Highly recommend! Great location- lots of restaurants; very close to 2 tube stations. Owner very responsive to any question, always replied very quickly. Clean, spacious, sunny unit (we stayed on the top floor- only negative was a lot of stairs; no elevator). Would definitely stay here again!

Perfectly fine spot. Excellent location. Flat is mostly as advertised except the stairs. It’s 2 flights up to the flat entrance and then another flight to the floor with 2 bedrooms and ANOTHER flight to the kitchen and living room. So the apartment is on floors 3 and 4. Rooftop terrace is awesome. Communication was great.

First time using the AirBnB platform and my stay was fantastic! Very accommodating management. The listing was perfect with 3 full bathrooms with gorgeous fixtures. Wi-Fi was fast. Large fridge in the kitchen and plenty of glassware for drinks. I would absolutely stay here again upon my return to London!

We really enjoyed our stay as it was in the heart of Covent Garden with shops and restaurants from quick bites (The Real Greek) to amazing upscale Italian (Margot). One thing to note about this apartment that their are a lot of steps to get to the top apartment but I found it completely worth it. It was a beautiful weekend and we sat on the balcony through out our stay. The place is very clean with a well equipped kitchen. Thank you for a beautiful stay

We were a party of 7 - 4 adults and 3 kids. The apartment was very good and beautiful, the location was perfect, the communication was very good as well. The only thing that was missing is more closet space. We also asked for an additional mattress for a small kid, and were provided with one. Just notice - we stayed in apartment 3 and there were many stairs. THANKS!!!
