Location is great in convent garden, and that's where the good review ends. We stayed for a week, and I have never felt so scammed out of $9k. For the same $, we could have stayed in a 4* hotel. One of our worst airbnb stays in terms of dinginess. There's a reason most of their pics are of the wall color. They gave 1 bath & 1hand towel per person for the entire stay & no face towels at all. I requested some extra towels from the mgmt team, and was dismissed. Shampoo & Conditioner was less than one tiny 'trial' sized bottle per person. 1 mini soap bar per person and no hand soap dispenser in ANY room. Have fun rationing your soap bar usage after the toilet! Tissue boxes? 0. A single throw blanket, to cuddle into while watching TV? No. Cushions for the steel bar chairs on the outdoor patio? Nope! WiFi? Router wouldn't allow more than 4 devices and signal couldn't even reach the upstairs! For a 3bdrm, 7 person airbnb, and a stay of a week, this level of stinginess is not acceptable.

Had a fantastic stay at Frankie Say’s in Covent Garden, the location was brilliant, right in the heart of this vibrant, bustling area. Everything was within walking distance, Pubs, Cafes, Restaurants, Retail Boutiques, Thrift stores, Markets, Royal Opera House with West End Theatres around the corner! Plenty of options for travel via public transport, cabs, electric bikes. Access to the apartment was very secure, inside the space was very private and extremely quiet. The beds were warm & cosy, great shower pressure with ample luxury toiletries supplied. It was lovely and warm inside, a very relaxing retreat from the outside world. It was perfect for 5 Adults and the Rooftop Terrace was a bonus! We loved our stay and would definitely return. Frankie’s team were fantastic, from the initial booking to checking out, it was stress free and I highly recommend. Thank you Frankie Say’s for hosting us and making us feel so welcome!
