Our stay was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was ideal, and we felt right at home. Our stay was great! The apartment was just as we expected. Soho is a lively and lively place, so it's a button choice for our party. The host responded to my messages immediately and resolved the small issues that came up promptly. Everything worked just the way it should. Downstairs, a nice breakfast restaurant, The Breakfast Club, and on the other side of Old Compton Street in the world's best Bloody Maryt Bar Termini. We'll definitely be back! Ps. A big plus for free-to-use instant coffee, saved the mornings of the biggest coffee lovers!

This apartment was great for our group of three people. Plenty of space, everything was as described on the listing. A couple of things to note when staying here- While the location is GREAT, right in the heart of SOHO, that also means it can be quite noisy when the window is open. Not a huge deal, except at night when the weather is really warm. Also, because there is no air conditioning (we were expecting this), it got really warm in the apartment during a few really warm days in the city. There are a few fans but it was hard to cool the space down after being closed up all day in the warm weather. Overall I would highly recommend this space. You can’t really get better if you’re looking to be in the middle of everything - bars, restaurants, shops, easy access to transportation, etc. And the hosts are great as well- super responsive and easy to work with. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to London.

We stayed with 5 people as a family. The best part was that it was central. But there were 4 forks in the apartment, which was offered for 6 people, I have to say that I did not find it very well in terms of 😊cleaning, but the fact that it was central made our holiday very easy.

We had an amazing stay at Frankie’s place! We actually called it Barbie’s dreamhouse because it was so pink and absolutely perfect for a girl’s trip! The location could not have been better with tons of restaurants, shops, and bars just around the corner.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in busy Soho. Its convenient location near Tottenham Court and Holborn stations made exploring the city easy. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the American-sized towels were a pleasant surprise. Plus, having USB outlets by the beds for charging devices was a thoughtful touch that added to the overall convenience of our stay. Highly recommended!

This location is located in the heart of Soho in the middle of many bars and restaurants. It is also a 20 to 30 minute walk to main attractions such as parliament, the London eye, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham palace, just to name a few. It is also a 5 minute walk to a couple of the underground rail stations. The apartment was just as described and was perfect for what we needed. Check in, communication, cleanliness was as described. The only negative was this location does not have air conditioning which I hear is quite common. A couple of days reached 30 celcius and made sleeping a little difficult. There are 3 fans in the apartment which did help and the front windows opened up. A little street noise from the surrounding bars but it wasn't bad because the bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment. We usually visit the UK every 2 years for business/pleasure and will definitely be looking to rebook this location.

We were two adults and three kids visiting London and sleeping in Frankie's apartment for three nights! Fantastic location! Said walking distance to very much! Lively street outside, especially in the evenings, but cozy, we open the window in the living room and let in sounds and street life! The pizza place next to the stairwell was very good and with nice chef greeting every day! The apartment is upstairs, no elevator. Narrow stairwell, maybe a little tight with strollers and other things. Good with code lock so no keys needed, smooth check-in. Clean and nice. Looks like the pictures. Two bedrooms, kitchen/living area. Coffee, soap, shampoo, shampoo, dishwasher tablets, water bottles were in place… great kitchen with toaster and coffee maker and so on. We just missed a pair of scissors The beds are comfortable, maybe a little hard in one room-a mattress topper would help. Same with the sofa bed-no mattress so it gets a little lumpy to sleep on, but we still fell asleep after a day in London! Recommended! We will be back!

We stayed at Frankie’s place for 4 days and 3 nights. The location is at Central London. Both Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road stations were a few minutes of walk away. The apartment was spacious enough and most amenities that you will need are there.

We absolutely loved our stay at Frankie’s apartment in SoHo. It was the PERFECT location in the heart of London. We couldn’t have asked for a better place in the city to be located for our trip. The apartment itself was clean, nice, trendy, and a lot of fun. It had everything we needed and plenty of space. It was also easy to find, easy to get in and out of, and the communication with the host couldn’t have been better - super responsive. We absolutely loved our stay and our only regret wasn’t staying longer. We will definitely try to book this place again the next time we’re in London.

The house is close to everywhere. Yes the front rooms are a little noisy because so much noise on a street with lots of restaurants is normal but the bedrooms were quiet. The heating system works perfectly. All the appliances in the house were working. We are very satisfied. I would recommend it.

The apartment is perfectly positioned for walking to loads of central London sights and particularly good for the theatres. You can hear noise from the streets at night in the lounge but that's to be expected as it's in a lively area but the bedrooms are at the back and quiet. A few other reviews mentioned the wifi but we found it was only sketchy in the bedroom at the back - it was fine in the lounge. Communication with Frankie was brilliant - very quick to respond and keen sort out any small issues. Great stay!

The check in process was extremely easy and I appreciated the option to check in early!! The apartment was as stated and the team was very quick in communications. Because it is such a great location with ease of access, being on the first floor meant that there was a lot of noise coming from the streets especially at night. Additionally there were fruit flies that followed any food that presented in the apartment. Overall I enjoyed my stay!

You couldn’t get a better location than this. Good, fun apartment. Effortless check-in. I would definitely get the wifi fixed for sure because we don’t have UK data and had to pay a lot of roaming charges because the wifi didn’t work. Overall, a great place and we would stay there again. Thanks!

Great location, super easy check in. Although the lack of AC was a bit unfortunate especially if you were to visit in the summer. Book here if you want the best location and plan on spending most of the time out since wifi was very bad at least when we stayed

This is an excellent flat right in the heart of SOHO. It’s really quite the amazing atmosphere to open up the large front windows and feel like you’re part of the crowd below. The front room is quite noisy when the windows are open however the bedrooms are at the back and are surprisingly quiet. Really I couldn’t picture a much better flat for this extremely busy area. It was good communication throughout and the electronic access makes things super convenient. Our only complaint is that the Wi-Fi was quite poor.
