Right in the hart of SOHO, with 2 underground stops nearby, plenty of restaurants and food choices, ideal if you are into theaters or night life. The apartment was cozy and clean with many amenities from the house.

The place couldn’t be located better in the mix of Soho, across from Cafe Boheme. It’s very nicely done, nice modern space, with comfy beds and all you need for a great stay. Frankie is very responsive and all instructions were very easy. Highly recommend!

Great stay in the heart of everything! Great location, only minutes walk from Chinatown and Picadilly circus. Host was always responsive—we had a mix up with the radiators (the ones in the living room/kitchen wouldn’t turn on) but the other radiators made the flat plenty warm. It does get loud in the living room at night as you’re above pubs and restaurants but you can’t hear any of it in the actual bedrooms! Overall a great stay, 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect location and perfect place. The motor noise that was mentionned in other comments is true but when you keep windows closed it's not disturbing at all. We loved the place and will definitively come back again!

Enjoyed staying with Frankie, great location in Soho for shopping and restaurants. Would stay again for convenience. Lively neighborhood which is what we wanted. We had the whole family with kids and they loved it as well.

Frankie’s place was centrally located and well presented but on a very noisy street. We were a family of 5 and I think it was too small as one child had to sleep on the couch and the front room had quite a bit of street noise. The 2 beds are not queen beds. They are double beds. The washing machine/dryer needs to be repaired or replaced. The dishwasher didn’t wash the dishes properly so it needs some maintenance too. I made suggestions of some things that would be useful to have to make guests stay more comfortable. For example - a drying rack for clothes, an extra fan for the living room, a broom, some tongs and more wine glasses. The communication was good most of the time but I haven’t heard back since I made these suggestions. Overall we enjoyed our stay but mainly because of the location rather than the apartment itself. I think it is overpriced for what you get, especially with the issues with the appliances and the size of the apartment. Thanks.

Our stay was good. Soho is a fun place, but the sleeping isn't the best. The two people that slept in the kitchen area didn't get much sleep due to the bar noise until 2/3am each day we stayed.

Very well situated appartement. The only downside to that is that it is very noisy on weekends nights given all the pubs and clubs on the street below.

To start off with, want to share the top two PROs: 1. Location. Location is perfect, endless restaurants and stores and everything we wanted to do is within walking distance from museums to Chinatown to Covent Garden. Location is perfect! 2. Responsive & Flexible. Frankie/team was very responsive to all inquiries; we also requested an extended checkout time and that was accommodated without issue. The only CON that really stood out was the odd pipe noises at night. Not so much the noise of the surrounding area, which you could hear, given the location. But there is something going on with the pipes that made it very difficult to sleep at night. We are not really light sleepers, but the sporadic noise woke us up, and then was hard to fall back asleep. Frankie tried to help, but really to no avail as he says that this was out of his control. We would love to stay here again, but the noise issue needs to be addressed.

Frankie's apartment was impeccable. Very clean and organised overall. Clean towels and shampoos were provided as well, which was great. The apartment was conveniently situated at the heart of Soho, in close proximity to restaurants and bars. I will definitely stay at Frankie's again in the future!!

The fridge hadn't been cleaned, there was spilt milk on the shelves and left over cans etc. The spilt milk made the whole kitchen/living area smell foul, we had to keep the fridge shut as whenever we opened it the smell would linger. Not pleasant.

Nice apartment in an incredibly central location. The best London has to offer is literally around the corner. Clean, functional and comfortable. The street on which the apartment is located is very lively at night but the sounds do not disturb because the bedrooms are facing the courtyard. Anyone who sleeps in the living room's sofa bed must not be sensitive to light because the sounds of the partying on the street, garbage trucks and police cars are heard very clearly. Communication with the host worked well and if you need help, it's quick. Absolutely would like to stay here again.

It’s a good flat in a great location. Check in is easy but the flat was a little tired with cupboard doors missing and a bowl collecting water under the bathroom sink. The beds are small doubles and the sofa bed is definitely not a double as our 8 year old just fitted in it.

The location couldn't be better, the decor is cute, there were plenty of towels, toilet paper and shampoo and conditioner. Check in was super easy.
