Very comfortable and beautiful apartment. The only downside is that it doesn't have an elevator, so for those who have a lot of luggage, it's a bit of a struggle. And the street is right in the middle of the bars, always a lot of people, noise, etc. But with the windows closed, you can hardly hear anything, it has good acoustics.

Check-in is very convenient. Just follow the code. The house is clean, but you can see that some of the equipment is old.The location is excellent, many attractions are within walking distance, there are many restaurants nearby, next to Chinatown, the optional Chinese food is also very good, and there are a lot of bubble tea shops.There are a lot of bars downstairs for nightlife.

Location is superb if you like nightlife, restaurants, etc… less for families. A lot of noise from the street at night. 3 levels to climb no elevator. Apartment is nice and the space is ok. Building is good and extra doors provide necessary safety

The location was handy for food and drinks. No air conditioning and had to climb 3 flight of stairs. We asked Frankie to facilitate a late check out at 11am, (which is the industry standard) we got no reply which was disappointing. Don’t think we will return.

Exceptional location. We could walk to so many places easily. Lots of restaurants and bars right downstairs. Clean apartment with all the needed amenities. We went with kids and had a great time. Felt like a local in London.

The apartment was exactly like the pictures. Responsive host. Location is pretty good for tourists located in soho walkable from all the main areas. The only thing to keep in mind was that the bar downstairs does get loud and crowdy because of which there are always people standing outside the entrance making it a little unsafe. Two random drunk guys even tried to enter the apartment building while we were entering. Had to yell and get them out because we felt unsafe. But otherwise a good experience.

Great flat right in the centre of Soho/central London. Be aware that after opening the outer door, you need to give the inner door a good pull (it's quite heavy). You also have a limited time to do this in, which can get extra confusing, because after a while it does actually lock. We got confused and couldn't get in. However we called the number for Franky's and someone immediately answered and we were in. Overall really pleased. Not the cheapest, but if I can find the money I'd gladly stay again.

Thank you for such a pleasant stay, the apartment was exceptional and made our stay in London so special. The location was amazing which made our trip so easy. Went back to the apartment several times to drop things off, that's how close it is to main places we visited. Would a 100 percent recommend and would love to stay there again. Such a beautiful place for our kids trip to London. Thanks once again.

Stayed at the 3 bedroom penthouse the last week of July and found it to be amazing! The location was perfect for walking to all of the shops and eateries that we wanted and it was on a side road which kept noise levels at night low. The rooftop access was the best part and allowed our family to re-charge after a long day of sightseeing under the London fresh air. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a nice accommodation for our stay in London. The location was good for our needs and having a washing machine on site was requirement for us. Both of these factors, as well as sleeping 5 people, helped us choose this site vs. others in the area. However, having to walk up stairs to the 3rd floor was difficult after a long day of walking and site-seeing. The bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, linens, and towels were nice. The beds slept great and when we messaged to request more towels and pillows, they were delivered promptly. This location is perfect if you are going to the theater or general site-seeing in London and is close to Underground stations. The area is quiet at dawn and grows increasingly lively into a full-on party from lunch until the early morning hours. The street noise was not a problem with windows closed in the living area and open in the bedrooms. Adjusting the shower water temperature to warm/hot is tricky. Would stay again except for the stairs.
