Here’s the thing. It was my first time staying with Frankie says and you don’t realise how much attention to detail they put into your stay until you leave and go to another Airbnb. My only regret was not booking long enough. The mews house was so nice to stay in and very comfortable and the beds were amazing quality. Beautiful property high quality finish. These guys have got Frankie says spot on

We could not stay in a better location in relation to what we wanted to achieve on our holiday in London. The area is two minutes away. Walking distance from shopping, good restaurants, public transport and 20 min. Walk to Soho's shopping opportunities. The house is really well furnished, two bathrooms and three toilets, good beds and kitchen facilities. Beautifully decorated with the atmosphere of a hotel stay. We will definitely come back here another time.

Marylebone is our favorite area to stay in London. This mews house is on a quiet street between the Baker Street and Marylebone stations. Lots of shops and restaurants close by and of course Regents Park. The den is a spacious, brand new high quality renovation. We were very comfortable. Communication with hosts was easy and they were quick to respond. Overall a great stay, and would definitely book again.

The pictures for this place matches to what is listed and felt new and safe. It was extremely clean and easy to get in and out and very close to underground stops to get around London. If you have a 5th person they provided a separate bed that you have to setup, or you can convert the couch into a bed. The AC/heat device doesn’t come with instructions, so you have to Google or guess how to work it.

A perfect stay! The place was spotless, very clean, comfortable and as described. The host was responsive and thoughtful, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The location is great.

Excellent location, close to metros, shops, Regent Park and very quiet. Recent high-quality renovation. Very clean accommodation, very well-equipped bathroom and kitchen, efficient heating and very comfortable bedding.

We loved our stay at this apartment. The location was amazing. It is close to three tube lines and many bus stops. We are a party of two couples so the two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms were perfect for us. The downstairs living room and kitchen were very spacious and I really appreciated the large dining room where we had breakfast and had one dinner in. Overall, it was a great stay and the self check in made it easy to relax after our train journey.

We loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. It was cozy, very clean and well appointed. A beautiful mews house in an excellent location with walking distance to a number of tube stations. To have three bathrooms and two well sized bathrooms was a plus. Frankie was super attentive and gave great instructions on everything. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended this wonderful spot to family and friends!

Additionally, the subway station was just a short four-minute walk away, providing easy access to the rest of the city.

The flat is just wonderful. Quiet and away from the crowds. But still close enough to walk. We averaged about 7 miles a day walking. The flat itself was just fantastic. Very cool, very English exterior but modern yet cozy inside. Traveling with my best friend, we loved the two ensuite bathrooms. Beds were comfy. Linens and towels were very good quality. Layout was great. Having the 1/2 bath on the first floor was very convenient. I would say the flat overall is near perfect. And the location is near perfect. When we come back to London, we'll be staying here again. Just made the vacation that much better.

We were 2 couples who stayed at Frankie's. The home is lovely, well equipped (including the kitchen), with a bathroom on the ground floor besides the 2 bathroom-showers in the bedrooms. Very clean. Good instruction sheets as to how to use automatic window blinds, etc. Well located near 2 subway stations. We had trouble with hot water on the first day but it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Good sized living-dining room-kitchen. So that it was a perfect place for 2 couples vacationing together. We were very pleased !!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house is fantastic along with the location and it was exactly what we were looking for. But: - I think charging £60 just to store two bags for a few hours whilst we explore London and await the checking time is unreasonable when paying nearly £1k for our two day rental. I appreciate a need to be commercial but this is the difference between an amazing initial impression or a negative one. - I think the £120 cleaning fee is fine but it needs to be spot on. Only 2 out of 6 electric blinds worked. We messed around for hours trying to get them to work and then had to go on a search for the chargers and then charge them. This impacted our privacy and was time consuming. The cleaners should be on this. Secondly the state of the bed sheets was disgusting I have never seen so many hairs in a bed that’s been slept in let alone supposedly clean there were nearly 100 black hairs of different sizes all over the sheets and duvet. This should never happen under any circumstances let alone with a £120 cleaning fee. The replacement sheets were dumped outside the house and we found them on return from dinner. We then had to change the sheets and bedding over for the second time in two days which is exactly what we came away to avoid. For a £120 cleaning fee the new bedding should have been put on the bed and not left for us to do. I think this is extremely poor and did not go nearly far enough to fix a horrible situation. - Ultimately if your going to charge for everything then you need to ensure top cleanliness and if not put it 100% right.
