The space

THE SPACE: A bright, characterful apartment on Hanson Street in the heart of Fitzrovia — top floor, fifth floor, no lift. Two genuine double bedrooms, a generous open-plan living and dining area, and a fully equipped separate kitchen. The kind of flat that feels like a proper London base rather than a hotel room.

LIVING AREA: The centrepiece is a large teal velvet corner sofa with amber cushions — bold, comfortable, and the first thing you notice. Framed orange artwork, a walnut bookshelf stacked with books and ceramics, a glass dining table for four with designer chairs, and a wall-mounted Smart TV with soundbar. Big sash windows let in excellent natural light throughout the day.

BEDROOM 1: The standout room. A King bed set against a beautiful arched window niche — a period architectural detail that makes this room genuinely memorable. Velvet cushions, framed artwork, a workspace desk and chair, and bedside lighting.

BEDROOM 2: A calm, well-proportioned Double bed with full-height built-in wardrobes (rail, drawers and shelving within), a freestanding mirror, and a dedicated workspace. Clean, quiet, and practical.

BATHROOM: A well-presented white bathroom with a full-size bath and over-bath glass shower screen, window for natural ventilation, chrome fittings, and toiletries provided.

KITCHEN: A separate fully equipped kitchen with grey gloss cabinetry, white subway tile splashback, and everything needed for a self-sufficient stay — Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, Bosch integrated microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Bright window with a rooftop outlook.

All relevant access details, codes and instructions will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival to ensure a smooth and straightforward check-in.

Other things to note

We ask all guests to consider our optional damage waiver on arrival. This is entirely optional — you are welcome to decline. If you choose to take it, a small non-refundable fee of £35 covers you for up to £350 in accidental damages during your stay, giving you peace of mind without any fuss.

The flat is perfect, clean and nice. It had everything. In a very nice area, well connected, and you can walk to many places in the centre. The house had everything. But please bear in mind that it's on the fifth floor without a lift, in case you have any mobility issues. We'd go back without a second thought because it was perfect for us.
