Beautiful apartment with 3 beds, there were four of us and we were comfortable. There are many pubs with breakfast in the area, quiet and peaceful. There is an iron, a hair dryer, and a coffee machine.

Great location, around 9 min walk to station for train and tube. Quite generous with their supply with full equipped kitchen. The only thing is it’s quite bright in the morning with their blinds during summer and the bar downstairs could be noisy at some nights.

Great location, easy access, guide online super easy to follow, very clean, spacious, things like towels, tea, coffee etc provided. Perfect for the work trip. We’ll be back. Recommended!

Gorgeous place- very quiet! Although it was very hot, Frankie provided three fans, one for each room which was brilliant. Thank you for letting us have your space- it gorgeous. Many restaurants and amenities close by. Farringdon station is only a 5 mins walk if that!

Great updated, sunny and large space. All the rooms were spacious. Good location walkable to Farringdon Station, bus lines and lots of restaurants. Very quiet street and quiet apartment. Building is all Frankie Says units and lift was useful.

Very nice apartment, clean to comfortable for 5 or 6 people. In a neighborhood quiet and close to restaurants and locomotion. Frankie always responded quickly to any questions we had.

Our one night stay with family was very good. Bedrooms are very generous and comfy. We loved the light from the very tall windows and good quality kitchen and bathrooms. The street was very quiet and location was perfect for a stroll to the theatre.

We enjoyed the location of the accommodation because it was close to Farrington train station. The dwelling is quiet. Just a few meters away is a grocery store. We think this place is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. The coffee machine is not working well and the dishes are insufficient.

This was our first visit to London and there were four of us in our family. It was nice to have a place to spread out and relax after a full day of sight-seeing. Frankie's place was quiet and secure. We appreciated how clean the apartment was and how responsive Frankie was to our queries. There were enough toiletries, towels, and cleaning products for our stay. We also utilized the clothes drying rack. Frankie's place is close to a couple of tube stations and bus stopes which was sooo useful! There is great Korean restaurant and Indian restaurant nearby and the local Sainsbury right around the corner met many of our grocery needs.

This rental was perfect for our stay in London. We were a 10 minute taxi or a 25 minute walk from covent garden/leicester square which was perfect as we were staying down there to visit the theatre. The rooms were so spacious and the facilities were perfect. Smart TV, Coffee machine, cans of water, biscuits all provided. Decor was modern and the beds were comfy, what more could you want.

This place is AMAZING. We are a family of four and fit comfortably in this space. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast at home and was very clean. We really appreciated the fans since it was a tad warm for us. The beds were very comfortable and clean and the place was super quiet, sometimes we wondered if we were the only people in the building. We LOVED the area, super cute restaurants and outdoor markets just a few blocks away and easy to walk to. The tube access was also super easy and allowed us to visit the top spots in London and our travel from Gatwick was quick by train to this location. We would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for a perfect place to stay while visiting London.

My stay was excellent. There were 4 of us and we had a lot of independence because the spaces are spacious. Very nice and well equipped the apartment, it met all our expectations. It was a great location. Very easy access to different underground stations. The host is very professional and friendly. It offers an interim cleaning service after 7 days stay. We could have everything we need in the apartment. It was lovely experience and would like to recommend this property.

Place is good for the location. We had a comfortable stay. There were some accidental damage by us which Frankie asked us to pay for and we paid what was asked for as it was legit - it was a smooth transaction. Professional dealing.

Frankie's apartment is remodeled, like new. Everything is comfortable, very cozy and impeccable, good quality of bed linen and towels. Easily accessible, with an elevator and very clear directions to get there. The location is quiet, very close to Farringdon station and good locomotion. It is an excellent apartment, everything works well. It has a washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, everything you need to make your stay pleasant. Totally recommended

Fabulous London rental for our family of 5 (3 teenagers). Location was close to everything but quiet for its proximity. Unit was decorated wonderfully, with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. Bonus perk was that the kitchen had a nespresso machine and pods! It does not have air conditioning, but 3 good fans. Wonderful and lively street market close and easy walk to public transportation. Simple groceries were right around the corner as well as various restaurants. One note the door locking and unlocking is tricky, follow Frankie's directions exactly to get it right. We will absolutely save this rental as a favorite, to recommend and for future stays!

The apartment is recently renovated and is very quiet in an alley without road traffic. Close to Farringdon subway station and bus stops 19, 38 and 55. There is a lot of restaurants in the area. I will gladly return to this apartment on my next visit to London.

The accommodation corresponds to the photos: modern apartment, extremely clean, comfortable and functional. Excellent location, very close to subway, restaurant, small market. For those who are looking for a cozy and practical place, I highly recommend it.
