Perfect place for 8 of us over the Christmas holidays. The flat was clean and spacious with a great deck that would be lovely in warmer weather. Excellent location on a quiet street that is 5 minutes walk to Exmouth Market, 10 minute walk to Farringdon station with Elizabeth Line access to Heathrow, and several bus routes passing through the area that made it easy to travel around the city. The host made it simple and clear to book and check in and was responsive to any questions. Definitely recommended for a family holiday in London.

The flat is very spacious with a large living room and kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 showers, 2 toilets and an extra room which could be used as a workspace. There is also a huge terrace with a nice view over the neighbourhood. The host provided clear instructions for self check in and check out which was smooth and easy and was very responsive.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this rooftop condo in London! Everything was exactly as advertised—clean, stylish, and perfectly located. The Apartment is just perfect ! Great location, the house is huge and tidy. We just have everything we need! It's great for a group of friends, that we can spend good times in the house and in the city. The only thing is, we had a little problem about the digital lock, it's not working suddenly and luckily we can call and asked the keeper to help us to fix it. We are so glad to have found this place, and would definitely recommend to our friends.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Frankie’s place. As a host, she was fantastic- quick to reply, helpful and flexible. The accomodation itself was just as described. It was pristine, roomy and had everything we needed. It felt homey and cosy, but was immaculate with very comfy beds and a lovely finish. It was a great location which was close to Soho but in a quieter area. Frankie did everything she could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible which we are extremely grateful for. We will definitely be back & 100% recommend this stay for anyone visiting the area.

Fantastic Stay for the Whole Family at The Roof is on Fire Penthouse! Our family had an amazing stay at The Roof is on Fire penthouse on Eyre Street Hill—it was the perfect home away from home for all of us, including our adult sons and their girlfriends. The spacious layout gave everyone plenty of room to relax, and the modern amenities made our stay incredibly comfortable. The apartment is bright and airy, with large windows that let in lots of natural light, and everything was spotlessly clean and well-appointed. The stylish décor and cozy furnishings made it a welcoming place to unwind after exploring the city. The location is unbeatable—close to tube stations, bus routes, and just steps from Leather Lane Market, where we found amazing food options. There are also great shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, making it easy to grab a meal or enjoy the local scene. Brilliant stay here, everything was super clean! Lots of space. The heating was the only hiccup, was red hot the whole time and to turn it down didn’t seem to work. Other than that a superb stay.

Beautiful spacious apartment in accessible part of the city just outside the city center. Fantastic roof terrace all around where it has to be very good on sunny days (I do think the house and bedrooms will get quite warm by the way). Please note the beds are not that big so fine for couples but otherwise room sharing is less suitable.

The home is beautiful, and new, with lots of quality features, like easy access, good WiFi, TV’s in each room with streaming access. The neighborhood is vibrant, with good restaurants and pubs in the area. Frankie was an excellent host. He was responsive, and attentive to our needs. I would not hesitate to rent from Frankie again.

Great location -quiet but walkable and easy access to transportation. Large, beautiful apartment that was a wonderful space for our group of 6 adults. Very clean with light filled rooms. The least impressive aspect was the kitchen was not very well stocked with utensils such as sharp knives, serving pieces, etc. If you are eating out every meal it is not a problem. We were there on Christmas Day and cooked a family meal after improvising how to prepare, cook and serve a full meal with limited kitchen resources. It was a memorable meal! We enjoyed our stay, would stay there again and recommend it to anyone needing a nice place for a family or group.

There is an automated alarm if you are being noisy. It goes off even at a reasonable volume. Expect to be texted a few times for noise even when watching a film or having a conversation. The management company is large and messages are often delayed longer than what I feel is ok. Then the messages are often automated and unhelpful. Help is directed to 3rd party chats and will be unmonitored by Airbnb which could make support difficult if you need it. Additionally, they have you sign documents outside of the Airbnb app that collects private information. The light switches were troublesome and fell off the wall. There was coffee and tea available but no pantry essentials so expect to buy cooking oils and seasonings if you plan on cooking The location is great, and there are easy restaurants and grocery below. The flat itself is gorgeous and cozy. Heated floors and loads of space to relax, decorated nicely.

We were very happy about this stay. Appartment is roomy, new, well equiped and pleasant (has an icecube maker :). Area and building is extremely quiet and the beds are excellent, we slept like babies. Be aware though that the beds are smallish and duvets are double, so beds are great for couples but perhaps not so much if you're not. The appartment has a noisedetector which, even in the afternoon, triggers on talking and laughter.

Great roof terrace, 4 wonderful bedrooms and a beautiful living room for wonderful evenings. Apartment centrally located, much within walking distance. Bus and subway just around the corner. We had a great, extended weekend and would book again next time
