The space

THE SPACE: A two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in the heart of Fitzrovia — 847 sqft / 78.7 sqm of calm, open-plan living. First floor with lift access.

LIVING AREA: Open-plan living and dining that flows into the kitchen, anchored by a comfortable sofa (which doubles as a sofa bed for two more guests) and a wall-mounted Smart
TV. A glass dining table seats six, with a breakfast bar off the kitchen for casual mornings. Full-height windows keep the space bright — equally good for a working day or a night in after the West End.

MASTER BEDROOM: A generous king bedroom with a fluted feature headboard, integrated bedside storage and reading lights, and direct access to its own en-suite. Hotel-quality linen throughout.

SECOND BEDROOM: A calm double bedroom with an upholstered headboard, bedside tables and lamps, and a wall mirror. Hotel-quality linen throughout.

EN-SUITE & BATHROOMS: The master opens onto a private en-suite with a walk-in rainfall shower, framed in dramatic green marble. A separate family bathroom — also in green marble, with a full bath and overhead shower — serves the second bedroom and guests. Heated towel rail and complimentary toiletries in both.

KITCHEN: A fully integrated kitchen with oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine, plus Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle — everything for a self-sufficient stay of any length.

We ask all guests to consider our optional damage waiver on arrival. This is entirely optional — you are welcome to decline. If you choose to take it, a small non-refundable fee of £35 covers you for up to £350 in accidental damages during your stay, giving you complete peace of mind without any fuss.

The good: great location, clean and nice house, prompt response. 8-10 mins walk to tube and plenty of restaurants around. The bad - London was hot and of the two fans they provided one barely blowing air. even after complaining they did not change it. also listing says two fans but there are beds are in three areas so one room there was no fan, another fan barely worked. Nights were not comfortable. They could absolutely do better here. Replacing the existing one and providing a new one would have been a no-brainer from customer service perspective and not even choosing that much . Note - there was a heat wave in London. Other than this issue, I would definitely recommend the place.

Five of us seniors stayed for a week, and the apartment was very comfortable for all of us. It was perfectly clean, with everything you need to enjoy your stay. There was water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water on arrival, as well as shampoo, soap, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and washing powder. Which is very helpful. Spotless sheets and towels. On the first floor with a lift. The location is very good and safe, on a quiet street. No noises at night. Large windows in all rooms. A perfect stay.
