Perfect place to stay in London! Right in the heart of SoHo, it was walkable to so many amazing restaurants and West End shows. For being in a busy area, the apartment was quiet for sleeping and felt like a little haven for my trip. Loved it!

The stay was lovely, and the apartment was clean and fully renovated, which I really liked. However, when my son dropped his toy under the sofa, I noticed that the area underneath was very dirty, with a lot of accumulated dust and hair. Also, the fragrance in the building was very strong for me. I hope it can be lighter in the future, as I am sensitive to strong scents. Overall, we had a good stay. I would just recommend paying more attention to hard-to-reach areas and reducing the strength of the fragrance in the building. One more suggestion: the check-out time is 10 AM, which feels a little early. It would be much more convenient if check-out could be extended until 12 PM.

We really loved our stay here, and overall felt like the value was very good. The design of the apartment is really nice, quality furnishings and finishes, and the location was fantastic. So close to many of the places we wanted to go. This felt like more of a hotel-style airbnb, as in, not as well stocked as some of the places we have stayed, but it's decent. The cookware was pretty good and we were able to reheat some light meals. We would stay here again!

We stayed here for a week. For three nights, the neighbors played extremely loud music all night long, which made it hard for us to sleep. Next door there is a “Models Models Models” doorway of which we only saw men go into, and witnessed a couple very dangerous altercations between the women who worked there and their male handlers. There was dog feces all over the entrance of the apartment that you had to step over. Overall, this is a dangerous and dirty location.

We had no idea what to expect when visiting London for our first time. Frankie’s place was a great central location to explore all the touristy spots. Very clean, comfortable and easy to get to/from. If we go back I think we will stay outside of town a bit - but for our first visit this place was just fine!

Great , well designed apt in the middle of Soho. Really enjoyed our stay. Check in and out very easy (although 10 o’clock check out is too early). Communication quick and easy.

We loved our stay at Casa Camisa. The flat was exactly as described and a very good size, which was so nice after long days of walking around London. The location is perfect! you can walk almost anywhere in 20 minutes or less and also very central between many tube stations. You are in a very lively area so the noise level is a little higher in this neighborhood, but we slept through the night with no issues (we were there during the week so I can't speak for the weekends). Some of the best restaurants in London are in Soho so that was also a huge plus. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need to make small meals if you wanted, I didn't see any spices or cooking oil in the kitchen so you would need to pick those up from the store. Overall we had the best time and I would definitely stay there again!

Frankie’s place is a great place to stay. Although it is in a busy part of town it is very quiet and super comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone wanting to be in the heart of London. So great to be within walking distance of China Town, Covent Garden etc .. etc.. I’m booking again for sure.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and centrally located. Easy walk to get to Underground, theatres, China town etc. The music from the bar downstairs and the street noise were more than expected and lasted all night. Was disappointed they would not let us drop off our luggage before check in. We didnt ask to ckeck in early, we just wanted to drop off. It ended up being an substantial extra charge having to rent luggage storage. The cost was on the high side for what was available. I did appreciate the iron!!!

The flat was just as pictured: very clean, spacious, modern, and welcoming. Location was super central, other than the regular noisiness of Soho. Keyless entry made it easy to enter and exit the building and the flat.

Our stay at Frankie Say was awesome! Great neighborhood and not too loud. The place was clean upon arrival and the instructions were all very clear! They were responsive when needed and overall it was a great experience! Would stay here again!

Excellent stay in a clean and highly functional flat. Well-equipped, and pleasant. The area is lively, good restaurants around. The perfect spot to access lots of places of interest in London. Be aware, however, that there are a few sex shops on this street. The windows remain sober and discreet but to keep in mind if you are bringing children.

This is a brand new apartment in the center of Soho - the pictures are accurate! The Frankie Says team was very response to my questions, and the flat is very comfortable. Even though it's January now, the flat has A/C which I'm sure will be wonderful this Summer. The flat is in the center of Soho and very walkable to pubs, restaurants, and theaters. There is a Pub downstairs which can be a little noisy at times, but most pubs in the city close by 11:30pm. There is a flight of stairs to climb, but my calves are better for it. I will certainly stay here again.

Frankie's apartment is conveniently located in the Soho area next to Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Street, Regent Street and Chinatown 👍 there is no better location in London! The apartment is very clean and all the household appliances are there. The surface area of the apartment is large enough for 4 people. The bathroom is very clean and beautiful. Self check-in is very convenient and communication with Frankie is perfect! I recommend this accommodation for a stay in London in the best area of London (Soho) Thank you Frankie, see you soon 😁
