Very spacious, clean, excellent location and great AC! Had to go up 2 flights of stairs without lift, so might not be accessible to all, but was fine for us. The bedroom doesn’t have a proper wall dividing it from living room, so can hear a lot from the other room, but wasn’t an issue for us. Right in the middle of SoHo which was incredible. Overall, the place exceeded expectations and we were happy with our stay!

The place was exactly as expected. Very clean and had everything listed on the amenity schedule. SoHo can get very loud, but the bedroom area did a great job of muting the street noise so we didn’t have any trouble sleeping, despite the excitement outside. Would stay again.

I gave it 1 star because we were never able to get into the apartment, access via codes and restrictions not easy, very complicated and above all, I booked my accommodation from Monday to Tuesday, checked on air bnb, and it gave me access to its lock from Tuesday to Wednesday, without ever being able to reach anyone! I had to fall back on another place to stay and I paid for my accommodation for nothing! Long live modernity! The good old key boxes didn't work so badly!

If good restaurants are important to you, this is a good place to stay. Also Heathrow Airport is only 45 minutes in a cab, not bad. Really nice apartment will stay again.

Very comfortable apartment and very well heated. The apartment is well equipped The street is quite noisy but hey it's the charm of London. There were four of us and that was enough for us. All things to do nearby

It was a perfect stay for us ! The apartment is great processed with good materials. The double bed sofa is only slightly narrow for 2 persons. The location is great (close to Piccadilly Circus and lots of restaurants and bars).

Great appartment ! Very well located to access all sites and activities in London. It's Soho so it's not "quite", it's animated but you are close to everything in London and for us it was perfect to visit. Frankie says is very reactive whatever you need. I will recommend this flat !!

This property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed as a party of 2. The higher end finishes in the apartment were great. It is a highly social area of London so I would not consider it to be a family environment. The location of the apartment was ideal for walking to other neighborhoods as well as to various underground stations. SoHo has many great places to eat and shop!

The apartment is very cute, it's spotless! The location is excellent close to everything to eat and get to know. The unfavorable point is that in front there is a place where they play music until late so at the weekend it was difficult to rest. Likewise, we will not let it tarnish the beauty of the place. Recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There was lots to love about our stay here, lovely renovated apartment with comfy bed, good spaces and very light and bright. New windows and joinery kept most of the noise from busy streets below at bay, but great ventilation during the day. We left a little disappointed though, the coffee machine was missing pieces so unusable. The bathroom had an awful musty smell constantly and the kitchen lacked finer details like a tea towel and cooking utensils. Super sensitive smoke alarms above the kitchen resulted in the fire alarm going off without any way to turn it off. When we asked for help the problem was eventually resolved but communication and timing was really frustrating. When we bought these issues to the attention of the host they were very courteous but didn’t actually do anything about it. (Apart from alarm, that was sorted). So much to love but let down by a few points. This review is intended as constructive feedback for our hosts.

The location of the air bnb was very nice. The unit amenities were as described. The place was not very clean or sanitary, and the owner and I reached an agreement on what could be done during the stay. It is my hope the issues are resolved before other guests stay.

My teenage daughters and I loved this place! While the neighborhood was bustling (which I expected based on my research), the apartment was quiet and a great location to all the major attractions and Underground Stations. The place was just as described and the amenities were exactly as mentioned and needed. Will definitely look to stay on one of Frankie’s properties in the future.

Excellent location in the heart of Soho. Easy access to public transportation. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. It seems to have been renovated recently. Well equipped for a stay of several days. The bedroom has wooden walls and despite the central location, the bedroom is quiet and no light penetrates in the morning. Storage cabinets for personal equipment. There is a combined washing machine and dryer. There is no elevator, the stairs are typical of a building in London - not easy but possible. 2 comments for improvement: 1. The apartment is not lit enough. The existing LED bulbs are not strong enough and do not illuminate the rooms sufficiently. Most of the new circuit breakers installed are of poor quality and are sometimes difficult to turn on and off. In the living room there is a critical need to add lighting, the room is really dark even though there are 2 light poles in the room. 2. Cornflakes bowls are missing from the kitchen equipment...

The apartment's location in Soho is very good, and it's very clean and tidy. The bathroom is great. Overall, it's very good, although you have to bear in mind that the sofa bed for two people is too small. In the dining room, at night, you can also hear parties outside, on top of the hustle and bustle of the neighbourhood. On arrival, we had problems with the lock as it didn't open with the code we were given. We had to wait more than an hour for someone to come and let us in after a tiring day. I think it's too expensive for what it is, but you're also paying for the area it's in.

Excellent option in central London, very convenient, perfectly organised, comfortable, nicely decorated. The neighbourhood can be noisy as it is so central and animated.

The location is great, and it's very close to most places. Everything you might need in the house has been considered. The house is very roomy and bright. All items are brand new and in excellent condition. Logging in with a password is very easy. Since the location is in Soho, there can be noise from the street at night. I recommend it.

The location is really central, very accessible to lots of public transport and walking distance to a lot of major tourist attractions. The apartment was really nicely renovated. We really appreciated the extra touches like laundry detergent, coffee, etc. Our only issue was that after a day or so, the bathroom started smelling very musty and it wouldn’t go away. We messaged the host who sent a handyman but the issue wasn’t fully resolved. Hopefully they fix the issue because otherwise it was a near perfect stay.

Some amazing things about this place and some less amazing. The location is perfect, close to everything. The place by itself is very nice and quite new. The issue is clearly the appartement on top of this one. You can hear every single step and the chairs make very loud sounds. If you are a light sleeper you won’t like it.

We enjoyed the apartment for a range of reasons. It was fully equipped and done up to a modern standard. Location is second to none and communication with our host was of a very high standard. We had one issue with the baby cot but this was solved amicably, and Frankie was also supportive in allowing us a little extra time for checkout which was very helpful. I would consider staying again at this or any other properties hosted by Frankie.

Beautifully appointed apartment in the heart of Soho. 2 minutes away from Piccadilly Circus. Leicester Square, Mayfair, Covent Garden are all within a 10 min walk. The apartment was recently totally gut renovated and showcases tasteful design notes and great functionality. The living area is much later than shown in the pictures. It gets plenty of light. The room den is very nice and you get a nice size closet. The bathroom is small but with a great shower tube. It was super easy to self check-in and out. A note: 2nd floor walk-up with a quite narrow staircase so not great for renters with limited mobility. Heating system works very well (it was cold the week I was in London) and even if it is located in Soho, it was rather a quiet apartment at night. Bed is comfortable. Host responsive. Highly recommended.

Frankie was a great host. He was extremely responsive and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The flat itself was exceptionally located, just steps from countless restaurants/bars and a short walk to the heart of Soho, Oxford Circus and more.
