The location is very convenient, with a small supermarket, metro station, a huge number of restaurants and shopping all within easy reach. The apartment management is very professional, and all daily necessities are provided. Both the bedroom and living room are equipped with air conditioning, allowing us to spend the hot summer nights in comfort. The apartment's facilities, such as the washing machine, oven, induction hob, TV and capsule coffee machine, are all very well maintained.The only issue is that the apartment is on the third floor (there is no lift), so it's a bit of a struggle to carry large items of luggage up and down.I will definitely choose this place again the next time I come to London.

I really wanted to give five stars, because the apartment itself is lovely—cute, clean, quiet, and well set up. As others noted, the stairs are steep, but once inside it's comfortable. We appreciated the washer/dryer combo (worked great) and the high chair and cot for our baby. The location was wonderful, and the host's photos for finding the place were very helpful. Unfortunately, communication on our last day fell short. We requested late checkout the afternoon before and entered payment for it, then got a reply saying they'd confirm after noon (it was already past noon). We never heard back, so I followed up at midnight—which turned into two hours of back-and-forth where the host couldn't reach the cleaners and couldn't accommodate us. Late checkout isn't actually confirmed until the host approves, which didn't happen until 2:30 a.m. Being told this in the middle of the night was stressful and felt mismanaged.

Apartment was nice and clean. No complaints with the actual apartment. Looked just like the pictures. Bed was comfortable and the pull out sofa was surprisingly comfortable for a pull out. In a busy area, so lots to do. Walked to shops, restaurants and the tube wasn’t too far away. It’s more of an adult area, so I probably would think twice about bringing really young children. Can be loud on the weekends. Frankie Say’s was quick to respond when I had any questions. I’d stay here again. (I’m from the States so if you aren’t familiar with the different outlets and plugs, be prepared to bring or buy your own adapter to plug in curling irons etc.)
