The property was slightly more worn than in the pictures, with a few stains on the carpets. However, it was very clean overall, and the bed linens and towels were spotless. The heating was easy to adjust to a comfortable temperature. There is no air conditioning, but fans are available.

Had an issue with check in at 11pm, but thankfully it was sorted pretty fast once we found a way to contact the host. otherwise, I booked this stay for my colleagues for a business trip and they had no complaints once they got in!

The apartment was in a great location, and totally matches the photos presented! The host was super responsive to an on-site issue. We arrived for a stay on a hot weekend and we had fans available without even having to ask for them, a thoughtful host! I recommend 200% looking forward to coming back ✨

Such a lovely stay at Frankie’s! Everything was even better than expected…such a clean, bright and spacious apartment and the overall ambiance was fab. There was no street noise and the building itself was very quiet. The excellent location meant that we were spoilt for choice on our night out, with Shoreditch, Islington and Covent Garden within walking distance or a short Uber drive away. Late checkout was wasn’t available (which was a shame) as somebody else was checking in the next day but we managed our celebrations accordingly! Communication was really efficient and I will certainly be recommending the apartment and Frankie Says to friends and family. We hope to revisit in the future!

Clean and bright apt close to tube stops and cafes. The rooms, curtains and beds were a little basic and for the price perhaps i expected a little more. The area is reasonably quiet with very little road noise - amazing for central london! Was some street shouting noise on the weekends through the front bedrooms. All in all we spent a good week here as a family of 5. Better than a hotel but for the price did feel beds, blinds and general decor could be a little more up market.

We stayed with 4 adults and three kids (the youngest was 3) and had a great stay. The large living room and dining table made it easy to hang out together. The bedrooms had enough space for us. The taco place downstairs has great food and there are plenty of restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops close by. I’d stay here again

The apartment was very spacious and lovely. We really enjoyed the amenities and the beds/couches were comfy. The location was also great since the nearest tube station has lots of lines so you can easily transport around the city and airports. Only downside was that we had to wait 2 hours after the set check in time due to the cleaners not having the apartment ready yet. We were not told about this beforehand so we did not know about the delay until after we arrived to the apartment, saw it was not ready, and messaged the owner. Luckily, the owner was very responsive and when we asked to waive the fee for a later check out time to make up for the inconvenience, the owner agreed. Overall, the check in experience was not the best but we are still happy with our stay as the apartment and owner were very nice. Would recommend :)

This was a great place to stay for three families. Everyone got their own bathroom and sleeping space. My husband felt it was the best Air B and B experience we had. It was spacious and very close to restaurants and a mini mart. It was a short walk to the underground and King's Cross. I loved the diffuser on the hair dryer and that dish soap and laundry detergent was there as well.

Very disappointed with this flat. The host is slow to respond. The lift was broken during our entire stay, forcing us to carry our luggage up 5 flights of stairs. The showers do not keep the water in, flooding the bathroom every time. The host was notified about the lift, and it was not fixed during the 4 days we were there, so we had to carry all of our luggage down the stairs on the day of departure. Lastly, the sofa bed was not comfortable as they noted in the description. Would not recommend this place to anyone. London is great, stay somewhere else.

Beautiful apartment in a nice neighborhood. The store is downstairs; my family and I got groceries there. Everything is within walking distance. Frankie was great; he was very responsive even when I messaged him at night. Highly recommended!

Frankie was an excellent host and the property exactly as described. The apartment is on very quiet no-through-road but just off Clerkenwell Road so near everything you would need. The apartment was spotless and well furnished with good sized rooms, comfortable beds and a highs standard of furnishing. If you want to be between the West End and the City it’s a perfect t location.

Our family of 5 loved our stay in this spacious flat. The location was perfect, allowing us to either walk or take the nearby public transportation to our favorite spots. Frankie was amazing and we will definitely be staying at one of his properties again.

Great space and furnishings. Location is away from tourist areas but buses run close by. Tube is a bit further. Local grocery store very close by along with 2 pubs and 2 restaurants otherwise you have to travel. Having 3 bedrooms with bathrooms and such a large common space was wonderful. Easy to cook food with supplies given, just missing a pair of scissors :) Would stay again for the space!

We loved the apartment. It is big and confortable. Also it was clean and seemed like new. The communication with the host was fluid and effective. We had a couple of issues during our stay (no hot water, no hangers and lack of pots), but we reached out to the host and they did all they their next to fix issues. Next morning everything was ok. We would definitively repeat.
