Frankie’s place was perfect for our stay as a family of three. The apartment was clean, cosy and conveniently located. Frankie was very responsive and always helpful with any questions I had. Would highly recommend staying with Frankie if you’re in London for a few days!

We really enjoyed the host Frankie with virtual contact via email, everything works relatively well and the location and spacious size of the accommodation makes it very comfortable. We had a little trouble with the heating that leaves something to be desired given the large pretty steel windows, old so not insulating. The light of the space is at its best. An office screw is not disturbing. Dishes just for 4 and coffee and tea capsules with limited number because there were three for 5 days. There is a shop downstairs very close to buy breakfast. We can recommend this very nice and well-located accommodation 10 minutes from the metro and easily accessible with 2 access codes. Well managed by Frankie. Overall, it was one of the best spacious and clean places we had in central London. Don't hesitate!

Overall, I liked the accommodation, but the bed was so small, but it was nice that the bed was fluffy. There were a lot of stains on the floor, so I think it would be better to bring indoor shoes because it looks dirty. And it's a little uncomfortable because the bathroom shower is coming down from the ceiling. The water pressure is weak and there is no hot water to relieve fatigue. Still, it wasn't bad overall, but I don't think the washer and dryer should be parked in a broken state. I don't have any clothes, no laundry detergent. The refrigerator has good performance, but it's older than the photos. There are many good places nearby, so the location is good.

Frankie says was responsive and helpful when we had questions! Our trip had us arriving early and they were flexible on our check-in time. Clean unit and about a 5-10 min walk to the tube.

We booked this place just 3 hours before checking in. There were no prior reviews because it’s new. Nice compact apartment. Responsive host. Good restaurants nearby. Will stay again.
