Excellent location in Clerkenwell, and clean apartment. They offered complimentary water bottles, coffee pods, and tea. While we did not cook, the kitchen had all you might need to cook. The furnishings and home decor (blankets and pillows) are a bit dated. The bathroom is functional with a good shower. They need to improve the seal around the shower door as too much water escapes out of the shower when showering. Unlocking the door to the apartment is very easy through the website link. Great instructions were provided for checking and how to find the apartment—photos of the street and front door were provided. Near the Farringdon Underground station and Oxmouth Market. Very walkable to many areas of London.

Really tidy apartment, well kitted out. It’s a brilliant location, 9 mins to walk to Farringdon tube. Lots of good food and pubs nearby too

would definitely recommend this listing. super cute and centrally located. and taco pub downstairs is great. only negative if any is that neighbors were quite loud esp late at night

We felt at home at Frankies apartment. The apartment was easily accesible from the airport, the neighbourhood was nice and it was quiet in the apartment. And the best: the apartment is close to the center. Frankie is a very friendly host! We enjoyed our stay alot!

Beautiful apartment, close to supermarket, restaurants and public transport. Quite centrally located. Important: Please don't forget to take an adapter. Good adapters (except for shaver and toothbrush) are not for sale nearby.

Great area with good transport links, and yet completely quiet in the apartment! High standard with fully equipped kitchen and a grocery store around the corner made stay with children super easy. We had a great time!

Frankie was pretty much responding my questions at any time when I needed. Very quiet location, perfect to rest after a long day. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to London and I would definitely recommend everyone to stay at Frankie’s place, you won’t regret it!

Overall, the place is nice and very clean. Looks like it was recently renovated. They left a binder with QR codes on how to use some of the amenities. The issues that we had with this place is that the hot water in the shower was difficult to control, resulting in lukewarm to cold showers. The doors to the bedrooms and kitchens stick or are difficult to operate. The heat was not working in the unit when we arrived. There was an issue with the central heating but they quickly responded to us and sent us some oil heaters, which helped a lot. Overall, the place was nice. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in this part of London.

We stayed in Frankie Says apartment for 4 night with 4 persons. The apartment is located at a smaller side road which makes the nights quiet and relaxed, which is very good as you are pretty much in the middle of London. Space was okayish but the 2nd bedroom is quite small, which makes it hard to fit the luggage in. The Kitchen is nice and has everything you need for a breakfast (tables, cups, etc.). Some capsules of coffee and tea are provided. The apartment has a little bit of a bad smell when you enter it, but opening the windows for 5min fixes that. All in all we were happy with our choice and enjoyed our stay.

What a nice start it was in the day having breakfast on the roof top terrace!The appartment was spatious, clean and spatious and all you could wish for!
