Check in easy despite having to ask for the codes because they were not sent to me in a timely manner. Despite this they answered soon. The house could be cleaner, had some hair in the bathroom and trash in the crate. We had a problem with the sofa bed and they were very friendly but they didn't solve it. For the rest everything is ok. Well-equipped kitchen and very good location!

If you want to stay centrally close to everything, this is the perfect place to stay! It is located on the third floor without an elevator so you get good exercise :-) There are plenty of very good restaurants and also good grocery stores so you can fix the breakfast yourself if you want! Coffee and tea were available when we arrived and we appreciated that!

The WiFi was very slow and then the router broke which had to be replaced, but the hosts were communicative throughout.

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is very well located and close to lively neighborhoods. The location is ideal for doing anything on foot. The host is very responsive and gave us valuable advice.

One of the drawers in the bedroom was broken when we arrived. It looks like it has been broken several times before. I have a picture if needed. Everything else was perfect and we would love to come back!

The location is great. The place was clean. Check-in was easy. But that sofa bed in the living room destroyed me, my back and my vacation. That sofa bed is a joke and an insult to anyone sleeping on it. It crushed my spirit, i barely slept and after 4 nights i’m in pain. Never slept on something so uncomfortable. Otherwise the apartment was ok. It’s on the third floor and the stairs are narrow, so if you have large bags you’re going to suffer. The nespresso machine is a nice touch.

Ideally located. The accommodation is rented for 4 people, but the bedding is for two. The couch is not for sleeping “hard as good’ and small. Given the nightly price, I think an investment in a sofa bed is a must.

We spent 4 nights in this place. Clean accommodation, good location, close to subway station Oxford Circus and Soho. The bathtub is more suitable for 2 small children than for adults.

Excellent communication with Frankie Says. Small apartment ideally located in central London, well appointed and bright. Clean sheets and towels provided. Some small downsides though. The living room sofa is not a sofa bed, but a 120×180 cm clic-clac. It's hard to sleep 2 adults and especially it's very uncomfortable. The kitchen equipment is minimal, that's enough to make a simple meal. We had to wash some dishes and pots before using them, and the dishwasher is not very efficient, we manually rewashed half of its contents. There were water drain issues in the shower, I wrote to Frankie Says who offered to involve someone during the day.

Location was amazing, apartmant was as described. Very clean. Just the bed is too small for two, plus its not for 175cm tall or taller people. We had some issues with not so clear instructions for the key collection, but nice stay overall. Location was worth the price

Excellent accommodation for 2 people in an ideal location. Not recommended for a 3rd person as the sofa bed is impassable. Also no heating in the apartment in the middle of March.

The location is great, and it’s close to many good food places and shops. But some of the amenities offered aren’t up to a standard where these should be listed. One of the selling points for me was that there was a washer and honestly the main reason I booked aside from the location. Unfortunately, it was filthy and junky. The washer was super dirty and looked like there was mold all on the gasket and in the basin. It was also a ton of stuff piled on top of the washer and in the room, to a point where I couldn’t even open the door fully to the laundry room. I don’t think anyone would feel comfortable putting their clothes in there, especially while traveling. To add, the kettle needs to be cleaned or replaced. Idk if it was calcified from the water, full of dust, or mold, but not usable either way :( aside from that it was cool. If u don’t plan on using a kettle or the washer, you will most likely love it. can’t say the same for myself and my guest.

Super great apartment! Its location was excellent and very nice. The apartment has everything you need. It was a tad to the smaller side for us and the sofa bed is only a little bit bigger than a single bed. Great instructions for getting the key but the host send us wrong information regarding bedding for the sofa bed. It wasn’t an issue because it was pretty easy to find. Would totally recommend!

A very complete and well-distributed and equipped apartment. We had an issue with the heating and we were fixed that same day. Next to Oxford Circus to see a lot of things on foot and if not take the subway, great location. Highly recommended.

Cozy little flat, nice and clean very well located and walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and tourist attractions, we have the pleasure to be one of the first renting this place and even that it didn’t have any reviews it was backed by Frankies reputation and definitely will recommend the place
