The space

Fourth floor, four flights of stairs, no lift. The apartment sits above a bar, so occasional music may be audible until 1am.

A deep grey corner sofa that converts to a sofa bed, warm orange velvet accents, a Smart TV with Netflix, and a round dining table for four. Equally good for a working morning or a quiet night in after Soho.

PRIVATE BALCONY: A genuine rarity for central London — your own balcony with open rooftop views toward the BT Tower. Outdoor seating for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or simply watching the city go by.
