The space
THE SPACE: A bright, top-floor one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Fitzrovia — 44.8 sqm / 478 sqft of open-plan living, with a private balcony and the best light in the building. Fourth floor, four flights of stairs, no lift. The apartment sits above a bar, so occasional music may be audible until 1am.

LIVING AREA: A light-filled open-plan living and dining space under characterful sloped ceilings, with windows over Foley Street. A deep grey corner sofa that converts to a sofa bed, warm orange velvet accents, a Smart TV with Netflix, and a round dining table for four. Equally good for a working morning or a quiet night in after Soho.

We had a great time in this property, which is very clean and stylish. Another great thing is that you can easily explore the city centre on foot. The welcome is very friendly and professional, and we get a response very quickly when we have a minor query, such as where we should put the rubbish or how to prepare for check-out, etc. We're really delighted to be staying at Frankie Say's.

The apartment is new. Perfect for a family with two kids. The terrace is fantastic with views of a very nice, quiet neighborhood with very good restaurants and supermarket nearby. Easy access to the apartment. The area is very quiet, beautiful neighborhood and 15/20 minutes walk from all the most touristic areas of London.

This apartment is good for a short work trip- fabulous location, close to transport and all the basic amenities (well-stocked cutlery and dishes, a plethora of hangers, lots of TV channels, everything is new). The terrace is a great addition and there are plenty of excellent restaurants within 5 minutes walking. As the listing clearly states, there are a lot of steps - but totally manageable. This is a corporate managed apartment - so has a corporate feel (e.g. false fronted books, plastic flowers, etc). and while the communication was excellent, they don't know the apartment personally, so they aren't as helpful as locals. The biggest caveat to this listing (which I shared with the management so might get fixed soon) is the green safety lights in the ceiling of every room. They're so bright, you can read by them and thus it's difficult to sleep. We had a great stay nonetheless, with a few notable obstacles. I think with some small tweaks, it could be a great AirBnB.

Frankie’s provided everything that we might need. The house itself was very good, very clean, just renovated. The only thing we struggled is there is no lift at the building and the smartlock on the flat door was confusing to open it.
